This was my first time in Saigon so I didn't know what to expect.
The one good choice I did make was choosing this hotel. The staff is so helpful and friendly, when I arrived I was given an ice drink. I had a late flight so I left my bags at the hotel after I checked out. My bags were kept safe. When I got back to pick up my bags, the pretty lady at reception served me a glass of cold juice and she helped me charge my phone. She and another colleague chatted to me and were nice and friendly. Her name was Suee and she is excellent. They advised me about the airport and helped me carry my bags to the car.
The staff were so nice and friendly ill definitely came back here during my next stay in Saigon.
Hotel, price is good and you get a big room with a tub and a nice toilet. The room has everything that you would need.
There's a beautiful pool and rooftop garden. Location, it's close to Little Japan. Close to an awesome nightlife scene, massage parlours and beauty salons and many great restaurants, also close to many tourist attractions.

The hotel was clean, in a busy location that’s near to everything. The jacuzzi pool was quaint with a beautiful view, and the room was nice with a bouncy mattress. The staff were universally friendly. My only issue was with the breakfast in that it is too mixed up, but not mixed enough. It’s not western, Vietnamese, or pan-Asian, so you can’t find enough kinds of food to suit your palate.

Stayed in the hotel in April 2024. Overall it was good stay. The only thing was a couple of small lizards seen in the room, probably due to tropical weather but still a hotel room should be cleaner. Breakfast wasn’t as good as I expected. Great location. Very close to good restaurants and convenience stores. The pool was a bit too small, great views from the rooftop though. I’d stay here again.

Great hotel for the price that you are paying. It's clean and the staff is really helpful. Located at a very convenient location with lots of interesting places around.

The highest cost performance hotel which I ever saw in my life!!!
Location is exactly heart of the Ho Chi Ming.
The room is simple , but clean and totally ok for sleeping. Good air condition what was really important.
The breakfast was really so good!
I couldn’t believe that for such price I even can get fresh salmon. Other choices of food was also too much delicious!
Also I wanted to mention all staff who works there. So cute and helpful.

I stay hotel very nice, location near Vincom Center, Opera House. On the rooftop have pool , you can see nice view at night.
In the morning, breakfast so good, have so many food.
The room very clean, comfortable.
Staff so helpful, thank you Mr. Wy and Ms. Helen.

I stay at Roseland Sweet Hotel & Spa only 1 night. The hotel very good, good location, near Vincom Center, Ben Thanh Market and Opera House. On the rooftop have jazzcuzi pool, buffet breakfast is very nice. The very clean and beautiful.
I will come here for near future.
