Bilik ini sangat luas dan mempunyai dapur yang disediakan. Sarapan paginya lazat, persekitarannya sangat bersih, dan kakitangan perkhidmatannya juga sangat sopan. Saya akan mempertimbangkan untuk menginap di hotel ini apabila saya pergi ke Vietnam.

Lokasi hotel bagus dan sangat bagus untuk mendapatkan Grab Saya menggunakan bilik elit dan ia luas dan kemudahannya bersih. Kakitangan semua sangat ramah, dan saya bersyukur kerana membantu saya mengambil bagasi saya yang saya tinggalkan di bilik saya semasa saya mendaftar keluar dan bersarapan. Bilik elit juga mempunyai mesin basuh, jadi saya hanya perlu menghidupkan mesin pengering tingkat bawah tanah! Walaupun kalis bunyi tidak bagus, saya kekal baik selama 3 hari.

Perokok perlu memberi perhatian khusus. Tiada tanda di atas meja Jika anda digesa untuk merokok di dalam bilik semasa meninggalkan hotel, anda akan didenda lebih daripada 600 yuan. Bayaran bilik hanya melebihi 400 RMB, itu terlalu menipu.

This was my third hotel during my 10 days stay in Saigon. The first one (Avanti) did not look anything like an online picture. The second hotel (California) was great, but I wanted get seaways from busy district 1. Lavis 18 is located in District 3, which is 5 min. Grab ride to the heart of District 1. This hotel room is studio apartment and more than large enough for 1 or 2 people. The room was prestine with a laundry washer, kitchen with basic stuffs and large fridge. There was some butt stains on the sofa, but not a big deal. The gym has a bench with many dumbells and a treadmill. The pool is clean and with working steam and dry sauna. The neighborhood is very local with many shops and eateries in every alleyway. Supermarket, ma assage, countless cafes are in short walk distance. If you decide to district 1, you will run into this tall tree lined street. Very scenic. Great for family with kids. Friendly staff. Well kept facilities. I highly recommend this residence hotel for every aspect of travelers.

A very clean, large and spacious hotel. There is an iron, stove and kitchen in the room, you can see all your needs. The staff is friendly and helpful. 1 km away from the center. You can go there for 2usd with grab.

Room is surprisingly large and clean; it even has a large refrigerator in it! Breakfast is from the manual, not a great selection but is made-to-order and so it is not too bad in general. The only short coming is the hotel is hidden in a small residential alley and there aren’t too many restaurants within walking distance.

This hotel has everything that you ever need (cooking utensils, stove, boiler, microwave, shampoo and shower gel), located in a convenient location with family mart. Breakfast provided as well. It's my second time back to this place and I'll always choose this hotel anytime when I'm in Saigon.
