Ulasan Palace Hotel Saigon

I can only give it 3-star rating. The most disappointing aspect was that the rooms did not match the photos displayed on the website. Specifically, I chose this hotel because the website showed shower heads in every room, but to my dismay, that was not the case in reality. It was a major letdown to discover that the hotel did not live up to its advertised amenities. Overall, I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this hotel.

Location is very good, right on the walking street in the city centre. Rooms are small but well-furnished. Very affordable price.

The property is an average as 3 stars hotel. The location is great. However it is quite noisy at night due to the events. I’m not recommended for the old couple or family.

The staff are so friendly and professional . Good localization . Breakfast on average . The view of swimming pool is great . I hope come to this hotel again .

Location was best . Seems old property, hence rooms were so so . Breakfast was also okay type , not excellent.

Quite old facilities. Next to Nguyên Huệ walking street. Very bustling and too lively. They do not provide iron machine . And the cleaning room doesn’t change the sheet cover, pillow cover every day.

The room had a stench of poor ventilation. There was a long 20mins power trip during the night,it was not well managed as the lift wasn't working as well. But room is fairly clean and location is superb. Pick your battles

Lov the location. Near to so many restaurants and shopping malls. Right in front the hotel is the walking path for people to exercise and stroll during the evening. Truly wonderful.

I regret ever having considered this hotel for my stay in Vietnam, fortunately I am moving today to a hotel that has to be better than this. Gi at the front desk was absolutely revolting and arrogant when asked simple questions on my arrival. The air con in room is automatic and you cannot control. The breakfast that I only attended once was very poor and the staff spoke no English, I gave up trying to tell them I wanted one fried egg , you can only spend so long explaining what a fried egg is before giving up. The hotel is quite old and the housekeeping was very poor. Best thing is my 4 days are. over and I get to go somewhere that just has to be better than this.

Very central, convenient location in central district 1. Excellent service from hotel staff and exceptional staff in adjoining bar. Downside was noise levels in the room. No chance of sleeping without earplugs.
