Selepas tiba, pihak hotel telah memindahkan kami ke hotel lain sejauh 500 meter kerana harga tempahan terlalu rendah. Nasib baik, persekitaran hotel lain boleh diterima.

Realitinya sangat tidak konsisten dengan propaganda. Selain lokasi yang baik, perkhidmatannya sangat lemah.Air mineral yang disediakan hanya 2 botol semasa daftar masuk, dan selebihnya juga tidak bersemangat. Tidak digalakkan.

It was good location. Beside is famous walking street - Bui Vien. It is so amazing at night time. Near by some famous travel place as well Many kind of the local food. I recommend you guys should try Banh Mi.

Scam ! Scam ! Scam ! Fraud ! Fraud! Fraud ! Don't ever book this hotel, you will be trapped in a scam and they will hold your passport and ask money. Read below ⤵️ Booked Gemini Saigon luxury, when we arrived the staff mentioned their Air conditioner is not working and they send us to other cheap hotel, which was very scary and unhygienic . We reached at 11:40 pm at night and were tired, so we adjusted and slept. Next morning we asked to provide the room as per our booking, the rooms were terrible & dirty. The staff claimed the reception was available but the staff was sleeping in the night. On our 2nd day, I accidentally drop ash tray and I apologise and advise I will get 1 if I find similar one. The staff said ok, they didn't mentioned that time that they will charge later. As a courtesy I advised I will get new one if I find it. We hired bike from them and they hold our passport as a security. On check out day, we asked them to give our passport back , they asked more money on top of the actual bike rent. The staff is so rude, they don't have any customer service and cannot trust them. The owner (lady) or manager came as the staff don't even know how to talk in English. She yelled at us when we didn't give her extra money and she said we have to pay for broken ash tray full price 170,000 dong. Don't ever book this **** hotel, otherwise you need to handle illiterate staff who don't know how to talk with customers. 🤮🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤮🤮🤮🤮

Extended my stay by another night as the location is great, comfortable rooms and reasonably priced. Right next to the walking street and so many food options to choose from.

Booked the suites room. The bed is 2 single bed combine into 1. Not king sizes bed at all. Very different from the photo on the internet.. The lift Alway stuck at levels. I come down and check out like 25-30min.. Staff want collect more money from you when check out. No receipt given.. not recommend

Very convenient location. Good for a short stay. Only downside is no iron and tv all in their local language

Very big room, especially big bath tub. I could enjoy my bath time in the middle of bar street!! The location is very convenience too especially if you use bus. I gonna book this hotel again.

The hotel is located closely to the bar street. Thus, it is certainly noisy at night. Do take note of this. It is 1KM away from Time Square. Thus, still reasonably accessible. Overall for this price it is reasonable and comfortable.

The place is fantastic as long as you like the touristic area. Little noise come in the night due to the near walking street with the bars, music and people playing around.

The location is good since it is so close to the HCMC center. However the environment is very very bad because of the same reason it is so close to HCMC center. The hotel is surrounded by bars and restaurants and cafe and convenient shops with most of them doing business overnight. My room is at 3/Fl so you can imagine how noisily it is. I stayed there for 6 nights. All 6 nights I could not get a single night well sleep. But the boy who works at the counter is very sweet and helpful and speaks very fluent English.

Didn’t stay here, vietnam closed their visa processing for 10 business days. Hotel owner wouldn’t cancel the booking. Classy.

Absolute bargain, amazing staff, vibrant location, will be coming back regularly
