Lily hotel is very nice. location is easy to find，environment is quiet，room services is also very good， the staffs are also very kind. Especially Miss Trinh，who is very beautiful and patient to clients. I got a right choice for my trip， I will come to Lily Hotel again next time ！

Not the type of place that should be on trip.com. Dirty, wet toilet and bathroom. No complimentary water or kettle. Old mouldy fridge really noisy. Still, not as noisy as other guests. The room was not the one we booked. The building is not from 2023.

I love the bed so much as it's so comfortable and the air con is cold enough. Friendly service and very helpful staff. The room was so clean, and I am very happy with the room for just one night.
