This is a small residence off a side alley run by a pleasant lady by the name of Hannah. She works extremely hard and seems to run the place by herself. I was on the third floor, although she had offered me the 2nd floor if I was prepared to wait. The rooms are compact. This is often the case with small hotels in Ho Chi Minh and Hanoi. Rooms were acceptable. The stairs are steep and there is no life. I wasn't up to it as I have fibrosis of the lungs. There is no longer a swimming pool. Hannah was helpful regarding attractions in the local area which I did not take advantage of as I had an early departure for Can Tho the following morning. I was offered breakfast, but again I was in a rush to get to the transport so declined.

I had a great experience with the hotel. The air conditioning worked well and kept the room cool, so I was able to sleep comfortably. The hotel room had an old-fashioned vibe, but overall it was good. The only issue I had was with the toilet. I kept hearing flushing sounds even when I wasn't using it. It might be a problem with the water pressure or something, I don't know haha. *picture not related

Staff is extremely helpful, I had an issue with payment and they allowed me to transfer to bank account, checked in before they got it. Location is also good, I've stayed there for 2 nights, will stay next time

We have standard room, but it hasn’t a window, that’s why there was an unpleasant smell of damp. Dirty. Friendly staff, good location, near the big supermarket. Just for short stay.

My first time staying in a hostel and it surpassed all my expectations. I stayed in the mixed dorms which are modern, spacious and so clean. The bed was very comfortable with good individual lighting. The showers were nice n clean with shampoo, conditioner and shower gel available for guest use. The Japanese styled toilets were also very clean. The location of the hostel is spot on with everything within few mins walking distance like restaurants, cafes, spas, 7 eleven, family mart and even the Viacom Centre mall! All the people at their smile station are super friendly providing some great inputs and suggestions specially Marcus, Harry and June(you guys were great and made my stay more relaxed and enjoyable). A superb experience and really looking forward to staying at Meander Saigon again during my next visit.

We were placed in a standard room initially but moved to the deluxe room we ordered later in the day. Both rooms were in good condition but I was concerned about safety because of the door lock was tampered with. We were reassured that we are the only ones with a key but you’ll never know. We did not have any issues though while we stayed in the hotel.

Lovely little spot with amazing street food all down the street out front. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff always happy to help you out or even just sit and have a chat, who even helped me hold a christening for my motorbike. 10/10

賓館離胡志明市火車站（西貢車站）很近，走路衹需幾分鐘就到，購火車票和乘坐北上芽莊、峴港、順化等旅遊地點的火車很方便。賓館離胡志明市的統一宮、中央郵政局、大教堂、範五老街等必觀光景點衹有3. 0—3. 5公里，我每天步行40—50分鐘到上述景點觀光。如果不想步行，還可以在火車站乘坐7路公交到市中心旅遊（但要換乘一公交車）非常方便。越南3月份氣温與北京6月底7月初的氣温相當。每天都要換洗衣服。賓館門前的窗前有鐵杆，陽光充足、風大，晚上洗的衣服晾曬在鐵杆上第二天早上就幹，此賓館很適合住多日旅客。特別值得一提的是，賓館周邊是普通老百姓居住，天空的電纜線如同蜘蛛網，絕大多數老百姓門前都擺攤賣水果、蔬菜，讓我回到到了20年前的生活。賓館附近沒有範五老街的喧囂，也沒有中央郵政局和聖母大教堂地區的古老建築與現代文明的交融，但能真正感受到越南普通老百姓的生活。旅遊不衹看古蹟和風光，更要體驗當地的文化與人民的生活。

Chúng tôi nhận phòng khách sạn sau 12 giờ khuya vì máy bay hạ cánh trễ nhưng lễ tân vẫn vui vẻ chào đón khách nhất là bác Bảo vệ sốt sắng mang va li khách lên sảnh ks. Phòng cách âm tốt mặc dù khách sạn ở n*** mặt đường đông đúc xe cộ lưu thông.

Pros: - Very friendly female owner at reception, also 24/7. - I felt safe as a solo female traveller. - Room was nice and cool with a strong fan (I didn’t need a/c which is rare). - Clean. - Chain and lock on door. - Good location as it’s quiet. I was on the first floor looking out towards the road. - Used as a layover for 11 hours. - Has soap, shampoo etc and minibar. Nice to know: - They don’t speak English, but tbh, it’s not necessary anyway if you’re just checking in and out. - Bring an eye mask if you prefer complete darkness. - You have to carry up your luggage just to get to reception, but I had two bags and there was someone there that helped me. There’s an elevator to the floors. Great value for money and purpose!

Perfect place to stay if you don’t want to be right downtown Ho Chi Minh City! We stayed here while we figured out our bike rental situation and spent a good time out walking around the area. A mall a short walk away and lots of other stores! parking is included if you do have a bike.
