Hotel di Daerah Pusat Bandar, Ho Chi Minh City

Booked a king room with city view and was given a room with a red building , was told that this is the king room . I was unhappy , made a complaint and the front desk manager(31OCT at 230pm) was not friendly but agree to a change, but always told to give them an hour to prepare the room. So the check in was delayed to 330. But when we went back around 5pm, they gave us the same room lower floor with the same view. Made a complaint again and the duty manager of the hotel came down very quickly like 10mins and agree to help us change to hotel Room with a city view which is the second picture . The front desk manager Anna who toolemovee the unfriendly colleague was good and make very good effort the assist me and update me on the room change. The manager of the night was effective and made the change for us . Overall average experience because given the incorrect allocation of room due to non alignment of room description between Hilton and trip.com

Love the afternoon tea and breakfast. Great location. Staff is friendly and welcoming. However, just only 1 chef at the crepe/ waffle station ( afternoon tea) was rude to my friend when she ask for assistance. Also when i ask for just a few pieces of fresh banana for my son’s waffle dish, he refused and forced me swap with banana crepe. Please… it was not a big issue but it is not right, specially, happened in 5 stars hotel. We have a surprised gift, it was great but please bring before we check in/ or need to ask our permission to enter our room. Don’t enter our room if we weren’t there after checking in. Overall, we love the hotel vibe and location.

A little on the expensive side, but service and facilities are very good. They showed eurocup as well in the lobby!

Excellent central location! The service was outstanding, from housekeeping to the doorman to the front desk. The staff spoke English well and were very helpful with directions and recommendations. We’ll definitely return to this hotel for its prime location and exceptional service.

i really fell in love with this hotel. super highly recommended! it is really at the heart/centre of district 1. the service of the staffs were truly exceptional! they will really take care of all your needs. we’re given a corner room so the view was really amazing! stayed at 39/F, their highest floor

Location is great as just beside takashimaya sc. Below has bars, food so practically everything. Hotel staff is helpful too. Even brought up delivery food to the room. Breakfast varieties can improve by changing menu as you can imagine staying for 3 days and having the same exact menu for the 3 mornings.. room is good enough quiet as I assume no hotel is really quiet due to the traffic and common hons in hcmc. Stayed on the highest floor with the gym right beside. Life needs card to access to room levels so it's safety.

Good location, facing the saigon river, a stone throw away from cafes such as Highlands coffee and Katinut coffee. A good place to chill and relax at night. Its also right next to Hilton , sharing the same space and view, at a fraction of the price. The room is spacious and room cleaning is efficient. We often come back in the middle of day with a clean room. There is a beautiful sky pool overlooking the saigon river too. Overall its a beautiful stay.

Very good and clean hotel. I had a room on the back side of the building, and it was very quiet for sleeping. Breakfast was very good and a large selection for all nationalities
