Прекрасные апартаментытрядом с множеством достопримечательностей в центре города. Дом расположен на тихой улице. Номер просторный, чистый и светлый. Есть все необходимое: оборудованная кухня, посуда, полотенца, постельное белье, шампунь и гель для душа. На 7 этаже есть прачечная. Недалеко от дома есть Family Mart и 7/11. Менеджер очень отзывчивый и заботится о гостях, не стесняйтесь спрашивать. Вход и выход в апартаменты через кофейню, в нерабочее время через ворота по ключу от номера.

we verbleven 3 nachten in Roseland centa hotel. Mooie en comfortabele kamers , uitgebreid ontbijtbufet, goede ligging. De grootste troef van dit hotel is het onthaalpersoneel. Zij doen alles wat in hun mogelijkheden ligt om het verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken. Bijvoorbeeld; Long raadde ons aan om naar het vuurwerk te gaan kijken vanop het dak van Roseland Sweet Hotel en reserveerde ons een VIP tafel, we vroegen 2 extra hoofdkussens en die werden in een oogwenk gebracht, … Speciale dank aan Long, Niran en Tai.

No frills but you have everything you need - laundry, dryer, kitchen, all fully functional. No issues with noises at night. Check in and check out were efficient, fast and seamless. Their staff were all really kind and sweet though not chatty. I had a scare though - their doors have a dent (to accommodate the poor placement of the towel rack). I thought i caused the dent.

After two nights in the Roseland Corp Hotel I just don’t know where to start describing this horrible experience as everything - the service, the rooms, the prices - was just so, so bad. So I just start at the beginning: We arrived on a Thursday. Arranging a pick-up from the airport was surprisingly complicated, it took several mails with the service manager for no reason but in the end there was a quite unfriendly driver waiting for us at the gate. They charged us 750.000 Dong which is way above the common taxi-rate (150.000 Dong). When we arrived at the hotel they charged my credit card for the room - twice. As the woman at the front desk didn’t understand English that well, it was quite complicated to convince her of her mistake and get the money back. The Roseland Corp hotel has an impressive entrance area. It’s nice, really. But unfortunately this doesn’t translate to the rooms. They are terrible, probably furnished in the 80s and not renewed since. They have whirlpool bathtubs made of plastic, lots of wood in the room, curtains that haven’t been washed for ages, and you can hear everything that is going on outside of your room. The first room we got smelled like cold cigarette smoke. I complained and they upgraded us to a bigger room (after we looked at a series of rooms, one of them still in use by a paying guest). But even the upgraded room was by far worse then everything we have seen in Vietnam. I wanted to cancel the whole reservation but they wouldn’t let us go. Instead they promised us the best room of the hotel the next day and we stayed. The first night was terrible. The bed had a very, very old and thus noisy spring mattress. The slightest movement made a noise. The walls and curtains had stains all over it. There’s no constant hot water, I had a cold shower in the morning. Shower and toilet happened to make weird unexpected noises. The best room in the hotel was basically the same as before but with a better view and a less noisy mattress. At this point I was ready to drink on that but unfortunately all the mini bar contained was two bottles of water. Breakfast was…well, let’s not talk about it. All of this would have been okay somehow if this hotel wasn’t so pricey. It’s like paying for a filet mignon and getting McDonalds Cheesburger. When we checked out the woman at the front desk (the same who messed up the payment) kindly asked us to sit and wait in the entrance area so she can check if everything is okay. We waited five, ten, fifteen minutes and nothing happened. When we asked her if everything was okay, she was surprised to see that we are still there. Yes, everything okay, she said. I can’t say the same. P.S.: Neil, the doorman, was the only exception to this experience. You are great, man! Please find a new employer.

Well maintained hotel, central location and near to many other attractions, good massage within stone away. If you have budget do try the hotel spa and massage. Only downside is the male reception requested for extra charges due to additional person fees and given unclear information. Bathroom was clean and the downside is no separate bathtub and shower Voucher’s from hotel was awesome 1 free meal (choice of lunch or dinner) Daily voucher of free 1 drinks & French fries during 5-7pm 1x Free 30min foot massage

Hotel ini tidak kuno, biliknya sangat kecil, katilnya bertentang dengan dinding di kedua-dua belah pihak, menyusahkan dua orang untuk naik dan turun, peralatan tempat tidur juga sangat lama, dan TV adalah lama- TV fesyen yang dipasang di dinding lebih daripada sepuluh inci, yang tidak boleh ditonton langsung. Apabila saya menempah bilik, saya melihat bahawa ia baru diubahsuai pada tahun 2023. Selepas membuat tempahan, saya melihat bahawa ia tidak berlaku sama sekali semasa saya tiba. Mungkin tingkat tiga baru diubah suai. Saya menempah suite seluas 30 meter persegi dengan harga 250 yuan Apabila saya sampai di sana, saya diberikan bilik yang sangat kecil Ia adalah dua katil bujang yang menjadi katil double. The price is OK, the room is very nice, although I only stayed for one day, the service was very good, and the customer service was very enthusiastic to help deal with any problems with the room. If I come back, I will definitely stay at your hotel.

The host was kind, responded quickly, and gave clear instructions. Since the apartment is in Vinhomes, there are plenty of supermarkets, convenience stores, cafes, and restaurants nearby, making it very convenient. The Central Park right in front is spacious and has a really nice atmosphere. Inside, the apartment was clean, and being on the 44th floor, there were no bugs, ants, or mosquitoes. The open view of the night cityscape was fantastic. I had a comfortable stay and will definitely choose this place again without hesitation if I return to Ho Chi Minh City

Rất tuyệt với, tôi đã trãi nghiệm một chuyến đi chữa lánh. Không gian xánh, khaonrg sân rộng. Phòng rất gọn gàn và tiện nghi. bạn có thể đến đây để tránh xa sự ồn ào vào cuối tuần. Sáng sẽ có tiếng chim hót trên cây sala rất tuyệt. Nhân viên siêu thân thiện và nhiệt tình

나는 전세계를 돌아다니는 k-pop idol 공연 프로모터 이다.많은 호텔과 아파트를 이용 했으며 비행기를 1000번 이상 이용했다.나는 많은 숙소를 이용하면서 이런 좋은 숙소는 처음 경험했다 1.항상 얼음이 필요해서 얼음트레이 유무를 확인 했는데 이곳은 이미 많은 얼음을 준비해뒀다.그 배려에 놀랍다. 2.수저와 젓가락,가위등이 가지런히 정리되있다,이걸 보면 디테일한 호스트의 배려를 알수있다. 3.세탁기와 건조기가 있다. 4.선명한 tv가 있으며,넷플릭스가 플레이 된다. 5.우리가 항상 원하던 엑스트라key 가 있다.(2 card key) 6.방2개,화장실2개 이다.이 가격에 화장실 2개는 놀랍다. 7.각 화장실에 샴푸,클렌져,물비누,싱크대에 세제2개드라이기,다리미,,전자렌지,커피포트,전기밥솥,등 없는게 없다.나의 집. 8.1군,2군,7군 모두 가깝다. 9.설겆이 상태가 청결하다. 10.수영장과 휘트니스센터는 기본~ 나는 이제 호치민에 오면 이곳만 예약 할것이다.
