The hotel is located in a good location not far from all major attractions. The staff was responsive. We enjoyed our stay even more after they cleaned the a/c. The 4 minor things i didn't enjoy about my stay are: 1. They gave us only 1 key. I requested an additional key but they refused. I think they should update to key cards in this day and age. 2. A spider made a nest in the bathroom 3. The refrigerator was packed with ice and needed cleaning 4. The furniture was dark and dated.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the view of the city from my window was stunning. The bathroom was well-equipped with high-quality toiletries, and the rainfall shower was a delightful touch. ***Dining: The hotel's dining options were fantastic. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious dishes, catering to all tastes. I particularly enjoyed the fresh fruit and the local Vietnamese cuisine options. ***Amenities: The amenities at the Hilton Hotel Saigon were top-notch. The fitness center was well-equipped, and the swimming pool was an oasis of relaxation along with a gorgeous city view. ***Service: The service at this hotel was impeccable. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, professional, and eager to assist with any request. I would like to extend a special thanks to the concierge team, including Hoàng, Phúc, Quyền, Thọ, Tuấn, Quang, and Mr.Kiên (Cheif Conceeirge). Their recommendations for local attractions, dining options, and transportation were invaluable. They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. In conclusion, the Hilton Hotel Saigon exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Saigon for business or leisure. I will certainly return on my next trip to this vibrant city.

New and clean rooms, secured hotel. quite during the night. next to a school so you can hear the student humming in morning which is kinda sweet

Nice hotel close to the AirPort otherwise not close to anything. Staff is friendly but not they lack a bit in service. Not like a five star hotel in my opinion. I was placed at a dirty table and were told to wait. No one took away the former guests dish or cleaned the table. No one except the bell boy (he told me to wait) paid any attention to me. Saya sangat gembira untuk mencari kediaman ini yang mampu menampung keluarga kami. Katil bayi disediakan. Taman permainan & kolam berada di dalam bangunan menjadikannya begitu mudah kerana kami membawa 2 kanak-kanak. Persekitaran baik, sangat dekat dengan sc vivocity. Kebersihan keseluruhan adalah tip top!

A very affordable hotel that is within walking distance to the airport. I have stayed in this hotel many times. Great if you have an early flight the next day.

This hotel is owned by a wonderful, sweet family! If you need help, they will always help. The hotel is very clean, no insects. The rooms are cleaned. The linen is changed every few days. Thank you for a wonderful holiday! I recommend the hotel. The beach is a 5-minute walk away.
