Hotel is in a great location. The staff at the hotel are really nice and very helpful. Breakfast was ok had cooked food if you wanted it. Our room was spacious and had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this hotel 👍 it well worth the money.

Phuc, the hotel manager, went above and beyond. We were greeted with drinks and snacks. Phuc immediately sorted out day trips and drivers to the airport for us. Nothing was too much trouble. We liked the location, only a couple of minutes to the centre of Tam Coc and the street was relatively quiet. Breakfast was good, eggs and pancakes cooked to order. There was a nice pool but too cold for us in December. Beautiful Koi Carp in the hotel grounds. All the staff were friendly and attentive. Highly recommended

Amazing welcome and service during the 3 all days! Bungalow and swimming pool were quiet Amazing number of carpe koi close to the swimming pool. Hotel is very close to restaurants and bars. Many thanks to the friendly staff who do everything they can do to make your trip as easy as possible

Fantastic hotel ideally located in Tam Coc area, literally 2 mins walk from main street but on very quiet lane.Phuc is probably the most effecient hotel manager I have met! He is a gentleman and nothing is impossible for his staff or him. Beds comfy, hotel spotlessly clean, whole hotel & staff is a credit to Phuc.Definetly recommend this hotel.

On arrival ,not the warm welcome we have expected.Not much help with luggage here.On the first night rats were partying in the roof of our room.Luckily the second night they probably moved elsewhere.Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. Reception staff rather distant and impersonal. Room was very clean and quite nice.hotel garden/grounds small but very nice.

From the moment we met Phuc at reception we knew this was going to be a great stay. Phuc was so friendly and welcoming and can't do enough for you. The hotel is right in heart of Tam Coc but is still a quiet peaceful place. The pool was good and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was reasonable. This hotel is great value for money.

We had a lovely stay here, the receptionist Phuc was very helpful and ensured we were able to check in early around 10am, as we had only just arrived in to Tam Coc off the sleeper bus. We booked several excursions through the hotel and all were seamless, allowing us to make the most out of our time. Location is perfect, just tucked away from the main street in Tam Coc. The room was great, all facilities worked perfectly. Thoroughly recommend.

Ram Coc Holiday hotel is a real hidden pleasure. Pleasure in the sense that it is not the luxury (although the hotel is very nice!) but the total atmosphere that makes you feel well, with pleasure. The hotel has it all! Incredibly pleasant service with the right balance between formal and informal. Especially the head receptionist, Phuc, is there almost 24/7, taking care of all your questions and needs. Worthwhile

Nice hotel with a clean room and a balcony with a view. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Good location, close to the lake and numerous restaurants and shops. Plenty of food to choose from for breakfast. We arrived early and were able to leave luggage in the hallway while we ventured out until we coud check in. On check in you are given a map of the area with all of the tourist attractions highlighted. Unfortuntely it rained during our stay so we didn't get to use the pool or make the most of our balcony.
