No toilet paper, Bed deed does not have fresh lining, sink in bathroom was broken in half, refrigerator did not work and large amounts of pigeon dropping on my window level roof top. I told the staff and they replayed, Ho I'm sorry about that!!!!
Very disappointing experience at the hotel. It's important for hotels to maintain cleanliness and functionality to ensure a positive guest experience.
