I was impressed by the service during my check in to the hotel. While they processed, we were given refreshments. Strongly recommend the hotel as it is walking distance about 15 min walk to old city. Morning breakfast buffet is good too as they changes their menu daily.

Mengecewakan kerana ia tidak terletak di tepi lautan, tetapi pemandangan kolam renang dan kerusi berjemur di dalam hotel bagus. Best location to stay in Hoi An, old town is only a few mins walk over the bridge. Great service and very clean new hotel. House keeping cleaned at least twice a day and nothing was too much of a request. The hotel gym is quite good as well, they even had a smith machine. The ground floor river view room had amazing views at night when old town lights up.

호이안에 굉장히 많은 리조트중 어디를 가야하나 고민이 많았는데 수영장과 호이안 올드타운에 인접하고 있어서 선택 하게 되었어요! 비가 와서 사진이 이쁘게 나오지 않을까봐 걱정했는데 사진도 너무 이쁘게 잘 나오고 직원분들이 너무너무 친절하셔서 기억에 남아요! 방도 너무 깨끗하고 조식도 너무 맛있었어요 반미랑 쌀국수 스크램블! 투본강도 보이는 곳에서 먹으니 더 꿀맛! 체크아웃 하고 호이안을 더 둘러보기 위해 짐을 맡아줄수 있냐고 물어보았더니 된다고 하셔서 정말 너무너무 좋았어요 :)

The welcome lemon drink was delicious and the customer service was great, Especially from Hien. Hien was really kind to us on our stay, great example of excellent service. This is a great family run business by hard working, kind people. Perfect location. The breakfast is great. The bed is great. The ac is great. The room and bathroom are good enough, great for the price. It’s an experience. If you want the Ritz or Four Seasons, I highly recommend you go elsewhere. If you want to see what Vietnam really is, this is great. My wife and I are in our 60s and we met old college friends here who we travel with for a week or two occasionally. When we were young, we did the backpacking thing around the world, but the older we get, the more we enjoy more comforts. This brought us back to our roots and it sure feels good. You first talk with one of the owners in their living room/dining room/kitchen with kids, families running around saying hi. Except for your room, you live in their house and they couldn’t be nicer. I asked if I could use the fridge to put beer in and the guy said I have all kinds of beer here. I asked how much are the beer and he said free, I like to share my beer. . I said no , you don’t understand, we drink a lot of beer. He said , well then, I’ll share a lot of beer. Drink as much as you want. Wow, how nice is that? I couldn’t and bought beer and wine, but the next day we were playing cards in their dining room and were drinking beer and he offered us amazing Courvoisier and expensive Japanese whiskey that had been given to him by executives of those companies who had stayed there. Unbelievable, the generosity and hospitality and kindness of the people here, and all over Vietnam so far, is what is making this trip so memorable. It’s only ~$30ish/night, so don’t expect fancy or resort living. That should be obvious. But, this homestay offers more than any resort ever could, if you allow it to.

Wow wow wow!!!! We were completely blown away by our wonderful welcome from flower and Robert, what a kind, thoughtful couple they both are and we felt instantly at home. Really appreciated all of flowers recommendations (especially the food!) And Robert went and got us a welcome Banh mi which was so needed after a day of travel. Our room was gorgeous, spacious and spotlessly clean. Bed was so comfy and I had the best 3 sleeps of our 14 night trip here, but that also could be because it felt like we were in a home from home. Location is fantastic, just a short walk to the main town but far enough away that its a bit quieter. I am so grateful that we had the opportunity to stay with wonderful Flower and Robert, and little Lewis 😊 Thank you so much for having us, I couldn't recommend the Lion King Hotel more if I tried. It was by far the best place we stayed in Vietnam.

Myself and my daughter had a wonderful stay , the owner and wonderful Mr CONG always helpful . We booked all our tours through him , he booked our tickets to Ba na Hills . Told us to down load the Grab App, rooms are reasonably priced so we got a room each for 7 nights . He also arranged our pick up from the airport , Some reviews said bathrooms needed a bit more attention to detail , but it was minor , remember you are not in Europe . Beds are hard but not a problem for us , spoke to other people staying elsewhere and they seemed to be the same , so maybe it’s standard unless you go 5 star . Beds changed every 2 days , but I’m sure Mr CONG would change more if that’s what you required . He runs the homestay himself and does all the cleaning , he is the most delightful host , and always smiling , we woke him up getting home very late one night and he was fine about it 😊 . Only about a 10 min straight enough walk to the river , you get a good nights sleep as the homestay is down a little street , my daughters room had a little balcony so it saved her having to go downstairs to have a cigarette . Fridge , kettle in the room , plenty of hot water at any time , shop down the way where you can get extra water milk etc. We used the grab app to get taxi to Cui Dai beach , there is also An Bang Beach beside it ,

Cleanliness of room, pool, garden is perfect. It makes me feel relaxed. The best of hoian historic is very friendly helpful staffs. They create welcoming atmosphere to this hotel. Though there is no staff speaks Japanese, I would recommend Japanese tourists!

The staffs were fantastic !! They were one of the best hospitality staffs there. We killed some time in the hotel lobby for a taxi to the airport due to delaying our flight. One staff was very caring our flight and she treated us some hot tea and some snacks. It touched our heart. Of course, the room was comfortable, clean, enough towels… I highly recommended to stay this hotel!

Ni Nu Homestay, Deluxe Double Room with ”Balcony” (#N3), 2 nights: Pros: 😀 Spacious room and bathroom. 😀 Great price (about $28/night). 😀 Best shower we've had in Vietnam (of 4 hotels). 😀 Sufficient A/C. 😀 More than enough hot water. 😀 Comfortable, firm king bed. 😀 Front desk doesn't hold passport. 😀 Short walk to historic old town. Cons: ☹️ No in-room safe. ☹️ Skimpy bath towels. ☹️ No hand towel, shower mat or facial tissue. ☹️ Can hear neighbors talking through the wall. 🤔 Our ”balcony” was really a spacious shared covered porch with ashtrays; seemed all balconies only had view of alley. ☹️ No place to put luggage except floor. ☹️ Bathroom mirror not above sink (makes shaving very awkward). ☹️ Indirect bathroom sink lighting. ☹️ Neighborhood is bit noisy (probably everywhere near old town). ☹️ Room needs to be locked from inside using the key (emergency hazard). Note: Hoi An Old Town is little more than a huge (albeit scenic) souvenir mall. Evenings are more crowded than Times Square; I can only imagine how it will be when people from China start to travel again. Don't expect a very quaint, relaxing atmosphere here!
