Decent accommodations with inexpensive breakfast, and pool (much appreciated given the sweltering conditions). As name indicates near the waterways in old Hoi An. Japanese bridge about 5 minutes walk (600m). Nice rooms, comfortable beds, strong aircon and separate shower in bathroom. Reception gives good info and pointers/promotions to local attractions, tailor. Many options in Hoi An and this one is as good as any for the modest price.

· The whole experience with the hotel was fantastic, they booked a pickup for us, kept in touch even before arrival to ensure we were met. We did have 4 people, 1 of whom arrived at a different terminal, though round about the same time. Hanh was our contact and she exceeded expectations for the whole two weeks we were there. All the staff were fantastic and just wanted us to enjoy our stay, with no worries. As we were leaving the owners gave us a gift because we stayed for so long. It was so sweet, completely unexpected and we were very touched. Totally recommend staying in this hotel, it’s the quiet end of the river and just 5 minutes walk to the old town.

Highly recommended accommodation in Hoi An. First of all, I would like to highlight the friendliness of the staff. Hanh and Tram made us feel at home and helped us in every way they could to enjoy our stay in the hotel and to discover the city. The location is good, just a few minutes walk from the ancient town and the room is spacious with comfortable beds at a very reasonable price. You can choose from many breakfasts and they are all delicious. Alojamiento muy recomendable en Hoi An. En primer lugar, quiero destacar la amabilidad del personal. Hanh y Tram nos han hecho sentir como en casa y nos han ayudado en todo lo que estaba en su mano para disfrutar de la estancia y de la ciudad. La ubicación es buena, a pocos minutos andando de la parte antigua de la ciudad y la habitación es amplia con camas comodas a un precio muy razonable. Se puede elegir entre muchos desayunos y están todos deliciosos.

Threeway riverside villa Fantastic! What can we say. Everything was perfect! The welcome: everybody wants to make your stay as perfect as he can. The smiles, the service, the explanation concerning the aera, the restaurants. The hotel: 2 minutes from the animated bars/restaurant but we don't hear the noise. And there are so many things to see with the bicycles they lend. The rooms are very nice, big, the beds very comfortable, an independent and huge shower... And the pool is great with comfortable sunbeds We recommand+++

The wonderful experience is unexpectedly great!The staff are friendly esp. in the front office who speaks English well. Not only is she very helpful to providing tours and tranpo, she also gives you tips on top cafes and restos in the Old town of Hoi an. Housekeeping is well maintained . Rooms are absolutely clean.Free breakfast is freshly made. Highly recommended .We will visit again soon.

Extremely helpful staff who went out of their way to assist us and make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms were lovely and the pool well maintained. Very well priced and close to town. Cannot highlight enough how wonderful the staff were!

My wife and i stayed 2 weeks in this hotel, and we loved every minute of it. Especially the 2 woman at the reception made our stay very pleasant. They are sooo friendly and very, very helpfull!!! The room was very spacious and clean, also the pool was great, also with sunbeds. The hotel is just a 5-10 minutes walk to the old town. If you do not want to walk, you can use the free bicycles. So we want to thank the staff of riverside for a great stay!!!

We stayed here for 2 weeks & we cannot praise this hotel enough. The 2 reception girls were just beautiful. Hah & Tram were so kind & helpful & always with a smile. Our room on the 3rd floor had amazing views across to the Old Town & the River. We can highly recomend this hotel & will definetely stay here again on future visits!

The hotel and the pool were very clean, the location was great and the service as well. Tram and the other staff were very welcoming and helped us where needed. There were free bikes. You could also rent a motorbike via the hotel. We booked a cooking class via the hotel which was amazing.

Perfect location to relax and enjoy the beauty of Hoi An. Tram and Hanh at the front desk were extremely helpful and friendly and we decided to extend our stay because of their local tips. The rooms were clean and spacious and the pool and common area are perfect for relaxing and enjoying the affordable and cold drinks. The location is perfect and an easy walk into the old town. Thank you for the memorable time in Hoi An!

Great value for the money, nice and clean all over and great location too. The beds are soft and Comedy. But the best part was the staff, funny, helpful and just nice to be around with. I will definitely recommend this place to who visits hoi an.❤
