The hotel reception provides excellent service. The hotel staff will help us to bring luggage to the 3rd floor. The hotel style is vacation villa design. The hotel location go to hoi an ancient town around 10 min by grab.

The location is nice. Image you can rent free bike to ride until until ancient town. It is a cool experience. There are several spot u can just grab to there’s . Is not far. The breakfast everyday I can say is good. But maybe the cereal you have to change it( hope the hotel see it) The reception is very helpful, thanks a lot.

Let me tell you when I say I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the room was for the price, I can't stress that enough. I booked this place thinking even if the rooms aren't what they look like in the picture, it won't be a big deal because I'll be out all the time doing tourist stuff anyway. When I got there, it had just majorly flooded. I just missed it, but I saw the news, and many people told me it was feet deep, covering whole floors of buildings. The room was surprisingly better than the pictures for just what I was expecting to begin with, let alone the fact they had just flooded. That being said there were a few occasions I saw some mold or water damage around the hotel (which is completely understandable given the situation and I expect they will have it all cleaned up in no time). The staff were amazing, especially Ms. Tracy. So helpful and will arrange anything you need. Bonus you can add on a laundry service for a small fee (totally worth it if you have clothes you need washed. They'll even fold it and put it in plastic bags so it fits real well in your luggage.) The massage was good but the facility could use a little love (it was on the basement floor so I assume it was impacted by the flooding so no big deal). The prices a reasonable here, the service is excellent and the rooms are beautiful. If you want a place that'll treat you like family this is one to check out. Seriously the bathtub is gorgeous. One of the best rooms I've had on my 4 country trip!

It was a very nice and peaceful stay and a very warm welcome also the pool is nice but my best part is cycling between rice fields and nature 😍. Thank you tracy and lily 🫡💕

Great room and service. The room is quite big and comfortable for family of three or four. The location is a bit distant from the old town but only take few minutes to get there. Comfortable bed. Staffs here provide the best service, very responsive through Whatsapp. Would love to come back

Lovely, clean, small hotel tucked away in nature, a short Grab ride away from Hoi An old town. 45 mins away from Danang. Absolutely wonderful front desk staff, Lily and Tracey who went out of their way to make sure we were had everything we needed and had a great trip. Superstars! Super clean. Great room on top floor. Hotel also offers an airport car service for a reasonable rate. Breakfast was also decent! Would definitely come back again.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel.The room was clean, comfortable, and well-located. A special shoutout to the beautiful girl at the front desk—she was incredibly friendly, professional, and made my stay even better with her excellent customer service. Highly recommend this hotel!

The Riverside Villa and apartments were beautiful! It’s wonderfully made, only topped off with the best of service from the staff. It made our stay great. The rooms were spacious with a luxurious bathroom. The pool is nice to tan and have a dip amidst the blistering hot Vietnamese summer. Would definitely come back again :) Sunset views were also spectacular

Impressed from the first time I stayed The room is comfortable and fully equipped. The staff is friendly and helpful. And I would like to compliment receptionist Katy, Tracey, Lucy and Therapist Ba. They are very friendly. I came alone, but I didn't feel lonely. I could talk, ask questions or ask for advice from them. She was eager to help me. Even though she didn't have information, she would try to find information for me. Those things made me feel very relaxed. The location is convenient. The facilities are clean and so comfortable. And I came to massage everyday I stayed there. I like everything that I will come back to stay.

If Hoi An is one of places in your vacation plan in Vietnam, I recommend this hotel to you all. I stayed here 3 days and 2 nights, everything was so nice : friendly receptionists, clean and big room, nice swimming pool, reasonable price,….🥰

Stay here for 1 night. Because I keep try all Hotel and Villa in Da Nang and Hoi An. This not bad. Free bicycle to ride. I went to Coconut Forest use bicycle around 25-30min from Villa. . I use twin bed and the bad think is room number 104 was so hot the AC I think didn’t work. So we ask a fan for the room. Only AC not work. Otherwise all great.
