I love the clean and modern rooms. The location is arguably the best location on the broadwalk because it's close to both the quiet north side of the broadwalk and also close to the south side where there's more nightlife. I just wish they actually had a front desk that can give us things like extra towels if necessary. You have to call them or email them if you want anything specific. That being said, the housekeeping staff was very nice.

What a wonderful and appreciated respite. We were here less than 24 hours and this little place gave us the opportunity to walk to the beach, listen to live music and more. Book it!

The checkin was smooth, cleanliness is super duper!
Couple of concerns..
1. No washer/dryer in the unit as advertised (in the presidential suite)
2. The washer in the Utility/Maid’s room was making a loud thudding noise when running (happened around 8 am on day2 while to sleep in and relax for the evening wedding)
3. Microwave and stove fan were making loud unusual sounds when in use
4. The couch was super uncomfortable, worn out that the springs are poking when you’re seated.

Perfect location on Hollywood beach! Easy to find and easy to park. The room smelled of sewer but it was fine for one night.

This place seemed too good to be true. Location and cleanliness were spot on. This was a hidden gem and would highly recommend for anyone looking to stay near the beach. Literally a 1 minute walk. Perfect for a family needing space with full kitchen, 2 full baths, 2 bedrooms, living room area and outdoor out private space. Fully updated.

The description of the property is nothing like the reality. The Tel is a glorified tenement. Stairs are the only means of access both inside and out. Navigating the narrow staircase inside with luggage was next to important. There are no onsight personnel to assist. Caveat emptor.

The hotel is beautiful and clean. When I had a question the responses were very fast. Staff was extremely welcoming and friendly. The perfect stay. I will be coming back!

The place is kept very clean. You will have everything that you need for a family. Very well maintained especially the artwork. Balcony is nice place to chill out.

There was a slight check in hiccup but was quickly rectified. Very nice, comfortable, clean, and cozy property. I’m planning to rebook in January! We loved being so close to the boardwalk and felt safe.
