PPengguna TetamuCame to Bosnia and with little notice booked this place. Pleasantly surprised by how warm, well presented and inviting the rooms were. Moreover, the staff were a 10/10 for service and making you feel at home. To exemplify, my baggage and that of my wife’s (along with my passport) was lost at the prior flight and didn’t make it into sarajevo. The hotel did all the liaising with the airport and treated us like friends noting “all will be okay”. Next day, the bags and passport were delivered to the hotel. Legends. Also, the staff dropped my wife and I to the train station free of charge on our way out. I highly recommend them and the hotel.

We had a great time! Damir, the host, is so friendly and gave us many helpful informations. The rooms are cozy and clean. We met several very nice other guests. There is a small kitchen where you can brew yourself a cup of tea. Bathrooms are clean. The hostel is however located at a very busy place with a lot of traffic which you hear from most of the rooms. But the view onto the pigeon square is fascinating. We can warmly recommend this place! Thank you, Damir, for the wonderful time at your hostel!

PPengguna Tetamu房子位置可能有點難找，因為看外觀看不出，其實導航就到在後門，車子導航路口開下來稍微左轉，樹後面就是，具體看圖一，找了半天其實就在眼前哈哈哈，然後按了門左邊的門鈴就有人出來了。不過路有點窄，租了一輛大車勉強能開過，考驗車技。房東一家特別熱情，侄子英語很好，讓我把車停到裏面的車庫，和我介紹了房子以及去舊政府怎麼走，溝通沒什麼問題。房子後門走到舊政府，就是那個#sarajevo字10分鐘不到。後門下去往右走就是一個小型超市，交通很方便，到各種景點步行都能到，離黃堡也比較近。房子很乾凈，早餐也不是很敷衍的那種，品種還是很多的，如果來旅遊推薦住這個名宿，車子停好就可以去city walk了，不用擔心停車費的問題。房子非常棒，非常漂亮，讓人很舒暢

PPengguna TetamuEl hotel de diez, yo estuve en una habitacion doble y mas que bien. Los baños podrian tener cortina o mampara, porque se moja todo al tom**** una ducha, pero estan mas que correctos. Lo genial es la cercania al caso historico, caminando se llega practicamente a todos lados. Literalmente bajas una cuadra y estas en Bascarsija, que es el centro neuralgico. Sin duda alguna volveria, por el precio, la atencion , las comodidades, higiene, y sobre todo la ubicacion! Para ir y venir del aeropuerto, ahi mismo a una cuadra sobre la plaza pasa el transfer, lo cual es un puntazo a favor tambien!

5 stars may seem generous given the amenities and facilities on offer. Yes, it's a bit dated but it's not the condition that warrants 5 stars. It is the staff on reception. I wish I got their names but they were incredibly friendly and helpful. The young man in particular (he's getting married soon) was wonderful and drove us to the station one morning. Plus the location is great; 5 minutes from the old town. I would recommend it highly.
