Hotel berhampiran Hollywood Shopping Centre, Hong Kong

Location is great. Got food, metro station and shopping area. Room is clean. Receptionist explain everything in details. Room is ok considering Hong Kong size.

Best location in HK!! We saved a lot of time in travelling around because we stayed here. Exactly at the middle of mongkok. If your itinerary is mostly shopping and eating, better stay here. Just 3 minute walk to mtr mongkok station. 1 minute to ladies market and sneakers street. Restaurants everywhere like dim dim sum, mcdo, milk tea, jollibee, cafe de coral etc. It was a hassle-free experience to be able to go to our room and drop the paper bags then go to dinner or go somewhere else. We didn’t have to carry all the stuff around. We can go to our room to use the bathroom if we need to. 😄 Street food in front of the building, grocery, mannings, sasa just few steps away. The place is very clean. They changed our towels everyday. The receptionists are kind, friendly and very welcoming! They have free water too which is a plus everyday. The shower has hot water. The hostel is at the 10th floor pf the building which is not crowded compared to other hostels/inn in tst. This place is super clean and safe! They have a 100hkd deposit and refundable upon check out. The only downside is the hard bed. Would be nice to sleep in a softer bed after all the walk all day but we only slept for 5 hrs per day so it was ok. Overall, we will book this place again when we go back to hongkong. This is a great choice for a very good price!

The room was very small (typical in Hong Kong) with very low sound isolation but in a very good location. The building is under construction with scaffolding so no clear view to the outside. In addition, the building floors are a bit of a maze (photo attached) and different elevators stop in different floors. The owner was very nice, spoke good English and we could keep our luggage after the checkout.

The room is located along Nathan Road. Near to MTR Mongkok Station and bus stops. The hostel is inside a commercial building and located in 11th floor. Safe because the building is well-lit and no queue on the elevator. The hostel is also safe, there is a security lock not only in your room but at the entrance of the hostel so only guests and staff are allowed to enter. The room is very clean and complete with all the basic things you 'll need like very cold aircon, hot and cold shower, toiletries, slippers, kettle with cups and built-in electric sockets (no need to buy adaptor). They also allow you you to leave your luggages after your check out time for free. Thanks Mongkok Hostel.

We forgot to take photo during our stay, but it was a great experience, the attendant of the hotel that day was so kind, he allow us to check in early without any additional charges, room is clean and the location os very easy to find By bus or MTR

Location wise, it’s really great as the hotel is located on hustly bubbly mongkok side where you can enjoy many foods just down the road and many shops to shop around and also MTR station is quite near. Room was quite good too, just at reception, the guy was making faces while I was checking in. But overall very nice hotel.

Stayin at 606 room. The Room is ok, but the toilet has this some smelly aroma, at first I just ignore it because I only stayin for one night. And then at Night the smelly aroma went into the room, can’t sleep well cause of the aroma. Tried to close the toilet door, but it won’t close properly because there’s this long rubber guard on the door that hasn’t been cut properly. Lastly, the wallpaper inside the room need some proper maintance. Its so worn out already.

My partner and I chose W Hong Kong to have a night of staycation to celebrate our anniversary and we have an absolute amazing stay in there. Here’s a big thankyou to Rene and Immanuel and their team that create this loving experience during our stay starting from the moment I arrived where Rene ask if there’s any occasion for this stay and once she acknowledged that it was me and my partners anniversary celebration she kindly upgraded us from the originally room that I booked which was the wonderful King room to the spectacular king room with a lovely view also offered us white wine for our celebration as well as the 3pm late check out. W Hong Kong occasion team definitely made our anniversary special and also memorable, and will definitely come back for another stay in the future🤍

I stayed for 1 night. The room I stayed in had bedbugs (10 bed male dorm). I saw 2 of them crawling on my bed curtain, but I don't think I had any bites. I told the manager about it but she said that she didn't believe me because no one else complained. This can happen in even the best hotels, but you have to deal with bedbugs quickly or they will become a big problem. The guest house is generally clean and well kept but the 10 bed male dorm mostly has long stayers and the room smells like it has long stayers, complete with a big pile of junk in the middle on the room.

Firstly, got a free upgrade to harbour view thank you so much to the lady that check us in. We stayed for 4 nights. Secondly, the room had specious and clean feels. Thirdly, room service was very good. Door service was also extremely good. There is always a door man to open the door for us be it coming in or going out. Daily housekeeping done well for all 4 nights. Will recommend and choose this hotel again.
