The hotel is very well maintained with class and elegance. Location is great. Service is good. Checkin process is slow. Maybe not enough front desk persons? My room faced the Highway side. It was a little noisy. There is a Michelle 3 star restaurant Tang Ge inside the hotel which is great. Overall is good experience.

Amazing Executive Lounge team! Global languages, top quality follow up and food options. Asian + western. Perfect service. I had one small issue with my desk light and air purifier, fixed perfectly.

Very good experience. We booked a suite this time and could enjoy cocktails and afternoon tea at the lounge. Stsffs are great!

Second time staying in the Langham. Very comfortable and great service as always. Staff very friendly to assist and the call service for extra amenities is incredibly fast. They were helpful in securing transport to the airport and my parents were very comfortable as well during the stay. Location is supreme for Hong Kong, very hard to beat. Breakfast can get a little busy and may need a wait to get a table, but quality options when seated. We look forward to staying again in the future.

location was right outside east tsim sha tsui station exit L5, just across the road. location was convenient for travels to the red and brown line. fast travel time to airport, tungchung and ferry to macau at sheungwan.

Prime location near East Tsim Sha Tsui MTR and the main shopping district Harbour City, HK Space Museum, Avenue of Stars etc. Highly recommended for families with babies or young kids. Rooms are clean. The chamber maids will check on us mid-day, to ensure that we have sufficient bottled water and amenities. Excellent Service. Check-in and check-out processes were swift.

Langham has 5 star service quality. The cleaning staff helped to arrange my item nicely Gym has 2 levels. First level has a wide variety of machines for strength training, the second level contains cardio machines.

Location is great as it is just opposite harbour city and near to metro station. Hotel staff from reception assisting me for checking in and out or the concierge helping me to get a taxi, all attended to me with a big smile. Will return again if I'm in hk.

Excellent location but terrible cleanness. Worst 5 star hotel ever, can’t even complete with some 3star on cleanses. The room has mouldy smell and has dust on all table top and counter top, bedside table top, and floor, the carpet are super dirty also. Will not stay again

Exellent services and perfect location! We spent our weekend there for Mother's Day and to celebrate my wife's Birthday. Thanks for the great services and we did have an wonderful time. We will definitely come back. The place is good even for locals like us.

Hotel is very good, but they require 2 deposit (one on trip.com and an extra one to pay at the reception). The one at the reception is only given back two weeks later.

Location is very convenient n next to Mtr stn. The room is clean and spacious. There are many good eateries around hotel and many shopping and branded goods too
