Booked a family room for 4 nights and I must say the room fits our needs perfectly. The room is spacious with 2 toilets which is a perfect plus. Highly recommend for family with kids. Located next to MTR entrance and tram stop provides accessibility. Nice sea view.

Great hotel in a great location right next to the metro line (2 stations to central), tram. Very spacious and well-equipped rooms, daily cleaning, quiet, I have absolutely no complaints. Right across the street is a beautiful promenade where I recommend watching the sunsets. I spent 6 nights there and my room was on the 17th floor with a sea view. Absolutely great value for money.
The biggest thanks to Mr. Tom C T CHEUNG (daily security officer) who took great care of my stay in Hong Kong every day and recommended unique places to visit according to my expectations (beaches, islands, places to go out in the evenings) and each of these places was an absolute hit. Tom speaks excellent English and provides such exceptional customer service that I will gladly return to this hotel in the future thanks to him. He is a man who clearly does his job with great passion.
There are many restaurants and grocery stores around. I think everyone will be happy to stay at this hotel. You can of course leave your luggage in the storage room if you have an evening flight (it was my case).

Hotel was located nearby the Sai Ying Pun MTR station, which you can exit via exit A2. Room was old and walls were thin as you hear the neighbouring rooms. However the beds were comfortable.

Check-in was a breeze, although it would be good to have instructions from the hotel how to get to the entrance if you have large luggage. I do like how it's so near to affordable restaurants and lots of stores selling dried goods. Tram station is right in front of the hotel too. Would stay here again if I need to be in Sai Ying Pun area.

Helpful reception staff. Room standard good but toilet cleanliness can be better.
Internet speed too slow at 25 mbps in the evenings and night. I couldn't access anything and had to give up. Looks like nothing has changed with the internet speed since 2014. This is the only thing that really irked me throughout my 4 nights stay. Internet concept and offer is still the 1990s. Ramada, WE hotel and Ibis closeby have done better.
