You will need to pay $300 as deposit. If you check.out even 1 mins late, they will deduct all your deposit. Besides, if there is a bit dirty on the sheets even very minor, they charge you $80 for cleaning.

Book the fam room if u want a bigger space. the bathroom is so small but it works. its a common thing in hk. but there is a 7 11 donwstairs, and a yummy restaurant too.

Location is good, nearby restaurants and shop . Very near to subway station. Toilet + bath room, very very very small space. Very bad design toilet.

Great location, rooms very small and designed poorly (e.g. no light switches next to bed). But overall, I had great stay here

The room is somehow smaller but it’s okay, it’s decent enough. Location isn’t bad as well.

I like the hotel, the hotel is convenient, you can get any shops nearby, and the staff is very very friendly, the road is clear, I will come back.

The hotel is old & dusty. TV is PC monitor size and super old model with the type of using button switch on and off. Wasted long time for lift although 14 floors only and one time take in max 4-6 person only. Not recommended.

The location is very good, its in the city center. You can access in all shopping mall, very convinient, very close to mtr station.

I am so disappointed about this hotel, this is my second time to book it and I thought it should be as good as my first time but it turned out t ./lhat's not the case, This time the room is so small I can barely put my luggage down except on the bed, the bathroom is so crampy I had to stand on one corner when taking a bath to prevent wetting the whole toilet and the sink's pipe did not connect correctly, when washing, the water will run through the pipe to your feet as a result. The room condition is even worse than motel 6 in the State, the only good thing about this hotel is it's location, I paid $98 USD a night for three nights, the hotel provided no water bottles, my wife and I both got so frustrated we decided to move back to Regal Oriental hotel in the third night which is way nicer than Casa, they only charge $78 USD per night, I won't recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel is good for the price. I would stay again the next time I am in Hong Kong and I want to save money.

Quite dirty place, very old and extremely tiny, the shower is above the toilet. The staff is not helpful at all. One of the worst places I’ve ever seen.

Location is perfect! A few steps away from MTR and bus stops! Our room has no view, so sad. Hallway ceiling is dilapidated, hotel is quite old...

Alought the room is a bit small, everything are well equipped. The cleanliness has get a good preception. Excellence price and convecient location are the most attractive for me.
