The hotel is good, the cleaning service wasn’t so good, had to chase for towels, bedding and although the cleaner visited, the floors remained dirty. The breakfast was average, I would have expected better options, proper fruit juice and a nice coffee!

Kahvaltı ortalamın altında. Giriş kat odalar arka sokağa baktığı için bütün gece ses geldi. Banyolar eski ve duşa kabin kapanıyordu. Sesten dolayı iyi şekilde dinlenemedik.otopark olması güzel. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü. Ancak odalar resimlerden biraz farklı.

Charming environment kind hospitality professional service and very convenient with parking. In the middle strategic area of old Antalya town. Vert near to the old port . Some higher rooms has a sea view. Very near to many restaurants « Branchés » with life music and attractive night activities for all ages.

Teach your staff the basics. Smile, say good morning and overall greetings. Ask how someone is and if they would like to drink or eat something. Etc. Ask your visitors if you can make their stay better or if they would like to go somewhere and you can arrange anything for them. Just be better! Most of the staff is walking around with unhappy faces. Besides that it’s an amazing little hotel in the perfect location. Don’t go there if you can’t handle some outside noise as it is in the middle of old town.

We stayed at this hotel in September and disappointed would be an understatement. Good points are very central, friendly and helpful staff and clean room, that about all I can say about the hotel, Very small pool, if you enjoy laying next to the pool (only enough room for 15 sun beds) with someone eating their lunch 500 mm from where your laying. Not for me, I had a room about 75 metre from the main hotel so if I want a sun bed I have to get there early. Within the block I was staying in there were sunbeds but only a shower, no swimming pool to keep you cool unless you wanted to walk through the streets to the overcrowded pool within the main hotel. I could go on but I feel it probably be wasting my breath in my opinion never a 4* hotel.

Me and my friend stayed here for a week in October. There is 2 bits of the hotel (the main building, then a place across the street. The reception staff when we checked in were so friendly and welcoming. A man brought us to our room (over the road). The room was lovely, had a kitchen area, a living room, a bedroom and then a bathroom. It also had a little balcony. The room was clean and tidy. Not the bathroom though. There was dust on the shower head and it wasn’t working, so we needed to use the smaller moveable shower head. Half the time we needed to wait 5 minutes until the water got warm! There is a huge range of different types of breakfast in the morning! We used the hotel restaurant 3 times when we stayed as an evening meal and the food was always tasty! There were 2 waiters who were working most of the time (a young boy and a middle age man - didn’t catch their names) and they were fantastic! The location is in the old town of Antalya, in a very touristy place with all different types of gift shops / restaurants / bars near by (5 minute walk to Hadrian’s Gate)! However in the evening sometimes it was quite loud with different types of music playing so it a bit noisy (not the hotel playing music, the other bars) But it was a very nice stay here! Really nice hotel, we stayed opposite the main building and was really spacious and had good amenities, such as a fridge, a bidet, cooker, pull out sofa tea/coffee etc. The cleaners were wonderful! And really kind. The staff at the restaurant were also amazing and made sure you were really looked after, and the food was amazing quality, and the breakfast buffet was stunning. The pool is in the main complex so we didn't go in it, as didn't want to interrupt people eating/drinking, but the area around the hotel is amazing, and we met so many kind and welcoming people. There are loads of shops nearby for trinkets, Hadrians wall is a short walk, and so are two pebble beaches for swimming/sunbathing. Overall, the hotel is located in a really good place for friends and families to visit old town, and the staff and locals are lovely Really recommend! 5*

Hotel was beautiful. Room Definitely needs some tlc. Some peeling away in bathroom ceiling. AC when switched on had a dusty smell. Duvet had dried blood on it. Housekeeping very nice. Both men on reception very helpful. I did not go all inclusive or half board as planned to eat out almost every day. However did buy coffees and once had a meal at the hotel. When I went to reception to settle my bill the receptionist emine was terrible. I looked at the bill and they put my meal through twice. The food server usually prints the receipt and you sign it. I signed for my meal but then I also ordered a drink. At this point another receipt was printed and I told the waiter that I already signed for the meal so this should just be the drink. Due to their English not being good I had to repeat it several times. He then nodded and said yes one meal one drink. To me it sounded like he understood. So I signed the receipt. The day before I was leaving, I wanted to pay for my bill. Emines behaviour was disgusting. She said its your fault, you signed it. She said pay it! I said no I only had one meal. She started to raise her voice at me and said why did you sign? Why did you sign? When I tried to explain, she kept interrupting me. And literally shouted why did you sign?! Then she called the manager. And he agreed with me. He was a very nice guy. I could see he was trying to calm her down. He told me it's OK and left. Emine said its your fault. Now because of you it will come out of the waiters wages. I told her that the way she was behaving was terrible. She said had the manager not been in then i would have been charged. Even though i didnt have that extra meal. She finally removed the extra meal that I did not have. And then put the card reader infront of me. I said can I please see how much your charging me. And she said "ma'am, PLEASE!" And rolled her eyes. Emines behaviour is so disgusting I would tell other people going there to avoid her as she is a nasty and horrible woman. Her behaviour is vile. I paid and I said I will mention you in a review. And she said what ever I don't care. Emine lacks professionalism and is no help. Avoid , avoid, avoid Emine. On the day I was leaving Zayadin ali from reception was so sweet he was super friendly. I was waiting for my taxi to take me to the airport he said open your hand and put sweeties in my hand. Such a lovely guy. He also said oh wait the bill has to be settled. And I explained what had happened and he said ahhhh right OK. Emine is an ignorant woman. I even pointed out the times on the bill. She can even check the cctv. Even when the manager agreed with me. She was behaving like a fool. Someone needs to talk to emine about her bad behaviour. I always leave a tip. Because of EMINE I didn't leave a tip. And I wouldn't go back to that hotel for as long as she is there.

Lovely hotel in the heart of Antalya's historic center! It's built on the remnants of Roman ruins, preserved & protected, some pieces of which you can also see on display. At the same time, it's a very modern and comfortable hotel with a small, but inviting pool and an excellent restaurant. The staff was very helpful and, since we visited during low season, we were upgraded to a suite. This is a perfect hotel if you want to stay in the historic center and feel like you are part of the history there, while also feeling pampered.

I expected something good but instead we got absolutely nothing. Bed was sat through, sheets were not clean when we arrived (mascara on my boyfriend’s pillow), toilet had a crack in it so it leaked (hotel said that the water was from the cleaning) and the shower was full of calcium. We asked to change the sheets THREE times, the first time she said that the sheets shall be changed daily and that she would ask the cleaning lady, this didn’t happen. Second time, already annoyed to ask again and embarrassed to ask, another worker said ‘normally ever 2 days the sheets get changed’ so we went on with our day and came back in the evening with the same dirty sheets even after ripping everything off the bed and leaving my own mark on the sheets. At last after sweating in 30°C at night, the last night we stayed (in a 6 night stay) the sheets were fresh. Windows are single glazed so the conversations of the people in the streets were very easy to hear as well as our neighbours thanks to the thin walls. At breakfast, all the chairs were full of bird-poop and while they say that the breakfast is until a certain hour, they stopped making new things 30mins beforehand. I surely do not recommend this hotel, we went there to get a nice vacation which ended up in complete disaster and also anded with us fighting a cockroach on our last night.

Arriving at around 10:30pm, once our taxi driver was able to locate the hotel, first impressions are really positive. The main area of the hotel around reception and the pool are really nice and check in very easy, with the friendly and helpful staff. We are given room 619 (Rembrandt), across the street from the main hotel. Walking over to it, entering via an access controlled gate, then over a glass floor showing the roman ruins below still everything is going well. Entering the room, it looks nice, the staff member puts on the air con for us (as the room is very warm) but we are off out for food so leave it running. Our issues with the room start when we come back later to find a large puddle of water on the floor underneath the air con unit. Reporting this to reception, we are told to switch it off and use our towels to mop up the water then someone will be over to fix it in the morning, so a warm uncomfortable night sleep it is then! Following day we get up and go to take a shower only to find that not much water is coming out of the shower head (its a connection from the bath tap) and notice that most of the water is coming out of the connection point to the tap. It takes around 10 minutes for any 'warm' water to come through the shower, but this is actually ok as the room was so hot during the night that a cold shower was required. We report the shower issue to reception before we head out and are told someone will fix it when they come to fix the air con. We come back later to find the air con on but even though it was set to 18oC the air feels warm coming out of the unit. Check the shower, not fixed, maybe it needs a new part or something? We report the air con again to reception and ask about the shower and are told again they would be fixed. Needless to say in our 7 nights at the hotel, neither issue got fixed so we ended up having some some very warm uncomfortable nights with poor pressure cold showers the following morning. Few other minor issues with the room we were in. The Wi-Fi doesn't work in the room, you have to be near reception to get a signal, the Tv didn't work (didn't bother us as we wouldn't have watched it anyway but just tried to check it out) and also the blinds don't seem to fully close which isn't great as there is a corridor with people walking past the windows just outside (needs some actual curtains). It's a shame as Alp Pasa could be a fantastic hotel (its in a great location and has some really nice staff) it just seems to need a bit of TLC. I probably would have given 3.5 stars if it was possible even with the issues however.

Recently spent a couple of weeks at AlpPasa. Travelled as clients of TUI UK on half-board basis. The hotel is bang in the centre of Kaliechi old-town, so well situated for all amenities and facilities Antalya has to offer. It has enormous charm, character and atmosphere. If only the current management were properly respectful of it, but sadly they don’t appear to be. Frankly it could do with a damn good deep-clean, and that goes for the communal areas as well as the guest rooms. I had numerous conversations with fellow guests over the time I was there who stated that the place was rather on the “grubby” side. The rooms old and tired and in need of updating. The restaurant buffet facilities at breakfast time are woefully inadequate to cope with the number of guests the hotel accommodates (it has over 100 rooms). It was quite clear to me that there simply aren’t enough staff to maintain any level of proper and professional care of guests. And it is most certainly NOT a cheap hotel to book a room in. The restaurant buffet facilities were indeed able to cope with the number of guests who made the mistake and had the misfortune to stay here on half-board basis (such as me and my wife). That’s because obviously not many guests choose that option - wisely in my view. To compare the buffet fare on offer at dinner time with “school dinners” is being unfair to “school” dinners. It was disgusting - lukewarm or cold, badly presented, stubbornly repetitive, and not labelled. Worst half-board fare I’ve ever been insulted with. And that’s putting it as politely as I can. I spoke with a number of other Half-board guests who were in full agreement on this. My wife and I subsequently chose (felt forced, in fact) to eat out elsewhere, thereby rendering the money we spent on the half-board option as a total waste of that money. I calculated that the additional premium paid by TUI UK clients to stay here on half-board basis amounts to about £23 per person per day (approx 1150 Lira). That is more than adequate to provide a thoroughly decent, imaginative and varied buffet for the evening meal. I can only surmise what has been done with that money - very little of it appeared to have been spent on providing good food for half-board guests. I will be making TUI UK aware of this in due course. They really need to remove the Half-Board option for this hotel on their website until things radically improve and are seen to improve. Because I feel I have been royally “Ripped Off”. You have been warned!!
