Saya harap pemberitahuan dapat disiarkan di pintu bilik, yang bermaksud bahawa pintu akan ditutup dengan ringan ... kerana setiap kali tetamu lain menutup pintu, ia mengeluarkan bunyi yang kuat, yang menjadikannya gangguan yang sangat besar.

it's my 3rd time to stay at YingN Flo in Wanchai. My room's AC is dripping, the Guest Service Team responded quickly at the whatsapp, and arranged another room for me, with an upgrade. The team is VERY helpful, I appreciated that. Will go back again soon. They are always very efficient and helpful. We like the view too.

The hotel was generous enough to offer free coffee at its lobby as well as some free fruits and snacks from 0700 to 1100 in the morning

Great location, walking distance to MTR station and many restaurants. Nice and clean room with kitchen

I was travelling with my son They have a great staff, who are friendly and super helpful Excellent location wan chai Station is just a few minutes away If you are taking the airport bus the no 17 stops closest to the hotel the I think it only runs once an hour. Overall an excellent stay will stay again Also fully equipped kitchen for basic everyday needs

This place is excellent, one of the best places we've stayed... I don't want anyone to find out about it! Considering HK prices, this place is a great deal with ample space and cooking options. Outdoor/indoor common rooms are also lovely. The staff is super helpful and friendly (helped us print a few documents we needed), and the coffee and snacks in the morning are a bonus.

Situated in the heart of the city with quietness, it offers a truly convenient stay for travelers. Its prime location places it within walking distance of major attractions, making it a perfect choice for exploring the city's vibrant culture.

Only some of the rooms are renovated. The hotel lacks integrity all items in the design are copies which hurts small design companies and says a lot about how they cut corners.They’re trying hard but missing key elements of service. Also location is tough with large suitcase on a slope with no one to help. Hallways filled with cleaning and storage items. Has potential to be great but they need to spend a little more money.

Overall is good experience. The only issue is the high slope up toward the hotel is tiring for travelers who have luggages

Very convenient place in the heart of wanchai. The units are full equiped. Not very expensive for HK

Spacious room, decent interior, and comfortable bed. May need some pest control though...got bikes by mosquitoes during my stay there.
