I am a loyal Royal Plaza Hkg guest and i have stayed more than 10 times over the years. Love the spacious room, perfect for our family of 4. This trip , our family went to Shenzhen first before Hong Kong and was disappointed to find out that Royal Plaza Hkg cannot match the comfort level of a 4* hotel we stayed in Shenzhen for 2/3 of the price. 1. The bathroom is dated and shower water pressure is super low. Oh, and the hair dryer …. i think it is product of the 80s. (My last hotel provides dyson) 2. the free shuttle service to tsim sar zui no longer available. 3. bed and pillows were comfortable, just the warm room (though i have adjusted to the lowest temperature possible) marred the experience of a good night sleep (for me). It was fine during the day, it warmer n stuffier during the wee hours. Like it or not, definitely a change of temperature before and after sleep.

It is centrally located in the Kowloon district and is within walking distance to many eateries and shopping areas. The hotel staff are friendly and the room was very comfortable. You can walk 1 minute from Tsim Sha Tsui East station exit P1.

love the location and the room given. love the spacious room and amenities available in the room and in the hotel. i can see the lovely Hong Kong view from the room. the hotel even surprised me with a birthday cake during my stay. I was very touched and I am looking forward to staying with them next time!

The Hotel is top notch - beautiful, excellent service and best location. The best part is the staff friendly and always eager to help! We had a wonderful stay and will highly recommend it to family and friends. We will stay in this Hotel if we ever come back to Hong Kong.

The hotel is situated within Harbour City which makes it an great location for shopping. Lots of big brand names within the shopping complex and also great food in the nearby neighbourhood. Kowloon Park is just across the road and is a good place to unwind and relax while surrounded by nature. Although the hotel is a bit dated, the rooms are quite big and comfortable. Housekeeping is great and helped my children to arrange their items neatly on the bed. Overall a great experience at Gateway hotel and I would stay there again when I visit Hong Kong in the future.

The location was perfect – conveniently close to public transport, shopping, and attractions, yet tucked away enough to feel like a peaceful retreat. Hotel ICON truly exceeded my expectations in every way. Their commitment to sustainability, personalized service, and luxurious comfort make this hotel a top choice for anyone visiting Hong Kong. I can’t wait to return!

Prime location near East Tsim Sha Tsui MTR and the main shopping district Harbour City, HK Space Museum, Avenue of Stars etc. Highly recommended for families with babies or young kids. Rooms are clean. The chamber maids will check on us mid-day, to ensure that we have sufficient bottled water and amenities. Excellent Service. Check-in and check-out processes were swift.

Kebersihan bilik adalah baik. Terdapat banyak makanan liar berdekatan. Lokasi tidak begitu selesa. Tidak terlalu mudah untuk memasuki rumah pengebumian. Ia tidak jauh dari stesen kereta api bawah tanah. Prince Edward, Mong Kok dan Olympian City stesen kereta api bawah tanah semuanya dalam jarak berjalan kaki yang singkat

Excellent location. Right in the middle of the hustle and bustle with ample choices of shopping and eateries in the immidiate vicinity. The hotel is right on top of the K11 Art Mall and the mall is connected directly to the MRT. You can get to TST and East TST station without setting foot outside. Service was as expected of a Hyatt Hotel. The only negative is that the building is quite dated. It's been a staple in HK for about 25 years but a renovation would be welcomed. Other then that, I recommend the hotel.
