周圍環境很好，叫車服務很好。

停車35美元如果check out就不能停了，所以如果晚上停進去第二天早上離開不是很划算。門很小，很容易開過，繞了兩圈問了別人才知道開上去就行。

環境馬馬虎虎，價格可以。服務態度好。

Beautiful experience after traveling from Florida with a family of five and an infant. Had all the amenities we were looking for and more great location, restaurant shops right outside the door. Was nice and quiet during the night with respectful guest going in and out! Offered fun and exciting events activities throughout the day free for the family and adults including ukulele, lessons at the resort , . The staff was accommodating and helpful with luggage, parking, checking in and out as well as printing flight boarding passes!

The building was old but the staff were very friendly and helpful. The Banyan suite was not as convenient with just a mini kitchen. I was expecting a stove element instead of just a fridge and sink. I would stay here again but I'd pay a bit more for the slightly larger suite with a full kitchen.

Very good and safe area amazing staff! Only down thing was the sofa bed not comfortable and my pillow case had some mold also no trash can in restroom other than that highly recommend!

The customer service staff were absolutely amazing, super friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and tidy, had all the amenities we requested. Location is superb, so close to tons of shops and restaurants. 10/10 would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Good location with close access to many attractions and restaurants. While bathroom was a bit small, it was fine for the two of us. Appreciated the friendliness of the staff as well as the mini kitchen in the unit.

Shower did not drain well, and remote for TV did not work well. Other than this, room was clean and spacious, with nice view of ocean.

Overall it was ok. Our room was ready when we flew into Hawaii early in the morning which was great as we had an all night flight from Australia. There was some issues with the bathtub. Bed not very comfortable. Close to beach was nice. Great location to restaurants and shopping. I felt it was a little overpriced.

We arrived very late and tired and the night staff on 2/17 were very welcoming, efficient. The bell/valet service was very good, the room had all the extras we asked and was comfortable. We just stayed the one night before heading to the north shore, but it was a nice place to land after a long flight. We recommend better pillows and water in the vending machines but everything else was great for a family
