Great location! The airport shuttle bus goes directly to the hotel, taking about 30 minutes. It has ocean views and a swimming pool, and it's just a short walk to the beach. There are plenty of dining options nearby; McDonald's and ABC Stores are right across the street. The staff are very friendly. The largest shopping mall, Ala Moana, is a 13-minute walk or two bus stops away. The rooms come with a refrigerator and coffee maker.

So far so good, but good view. Well, the bed is too soft and shower water temperature is fluctuate, it's near by lagoon, can see fireworks, it's nice

This hotel offers good value for money. Although it's a bit far from Waikiki Beach, technically it's at the very end of it, the views, the beach, and everything else are great. Transportation is also convenient; you can walk to many bus stops in less than 5 minutes. It's part of a resort complex.

Best place to stay if you visit HNL! The hotel is quite far away from Waikiki, but its worth it. Parking is relatively cheap since you are paying resort fee. Room has balcony and very big bed! Loved staying here! will def come back. Staff were very helpful and friendly also!

I originally booked for two nights, but unexpectedly, there was a power outage, and the air conditioning was off all day. They gave us a few glow sticks, but that didn't help at all. And why is the elevator so loud?! My room was directly facing the elevator, and I kept hearing its constant humming. The hotel didn't provide slippers, and if you needed water, you had to go to the first floor to exchange a water card for it.

Garbage hotel! If I can help a fellow countryman avoid this trap, I will! I stayed at the old Hilton in Waikiki for 5 days, then moved here. The difference is huge; the service attitude is like night and day. First, the hotel did help us check in early, but the balcony was right above the hotel's platform, covered in industrial waste! It was a real eyesore. How can a Hilton property in a tourist city be like this? Here's the main point: when we went to the front desk to request a room change, a plump, bespectacled male staff member at the front desk was extremely impatient. He acted as if changing our room was a huge bother for him, repeatedly telling us how troublesome his operational procedures were 🙄. It's unbelievable what kind of people they hire; this is Hilton's quality control, alright 👎. The room facilities were relatively new, but there was no sheer curtain, the bathroom didn't have a handheld showerhead, the water pressure was extremely low, and the water was very cold. It was all show and no substance.

We stayed at this hotel from October 29 to November 4. Overall, the staff was polite and the room was cleaned daily with fresh towels provided — which we appreciated. However, several issues significantly affected our experience. First, the accessible bathroom we specifically booked did not match the photos. There was no handheld shower head, which was important for us. Second, the mirror in the hallway was noticeably dirty upon arrival, with visible streaks from a wet cloth — quite unpleasant for a hotel of this level. I also reported that the faucet in the sink splashed water everywhere, soaking the countertop and the floor. I was told the issue would be checked, but nothing was fixed throughout our stay. The two-faucet system used to regulate water in the bathroom was also very inconvenient, and we consistently had problems with unstable hot water pressure. A separate major issue was the parking. I prepaid and reserved parking for 5 days, but on the second evening all the spots were already taken, and I was simply instructed to park in a different building nearby. This was extremely inconvenient — having to carry things from the 3rd floor of another parking structure and waste additional time. It turned out that even if you pay in advance, your parking spot is not guaranteed — anyone from outside can take it. So you pay, but end up without the service you were promised. Overall, the staff tried to provide good service, but the organizational issues, maintenance problems, and poorly managed parking system seriously reduced our comfort. Unfortunately, after this experience, I cannot recommend this hotel.

Location is a bit off the busiest part of the beach but we like it quiet enough for us. Good size of rooms with a balcony. Not too many choices of restaurants around but still can make it to the biggest mall in walking distance.

I stayed here with three friends. It's a 10-minute walk to Ala Moana Center and close to Magic Island and Kahanamoku Beach. They offer free daily activities like lei making and yoga, which made our stay very enjoyable. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel.

Even though I only stayed for one night, my experience was excellent. The food at the pool bar was absolutely fantastic, and I could see yachts in the harbor right from my room's balcony. The location is very convenient, and the self-parking was a breeze.

I was very satisfied with this booking. The room was clean and tidy, and the scenery was beautiful with yachts docked in the beach and harbor. The surrounding facilities were comprehensive, including a large shopping complex nearby.

I love my trim so much!

The hotel is in a good location, however, the check-in staff are not very friendly when we checked in!
