Ulasan Hotel la Croix

We had a very nice stay at Hotel La Croix, it is walking distance to the beach. When we first got there, we had asked if we possibly could get a room with a view and was initially told our room initially assigned is on the lower level and has construction view. Manager offered to upgrade us for a fee to a higher floor room. It has a very nice view of the beach but being that the room has 2 windows, the other side is still a construction view. Beds are comfortable and room has everything we need. Because of the upgrade, we had received access to the Monkey pod room which provided free bottled water, canned drinks and snacks. Overall we had a pleasant stay there. Didn't get to enjoy the pool, but it's also nice that the hotel has ABC store right downstairs and free coffee in the morning in the lobby.

The hotel is alright, especially considering the price comparing to surrounding hotels. The facilities needs a bit of maintenance.

Nice location. Polite, kind staff. Room has fridge but no microwave. Convenient park adjacent. Chairs are uncomfortable. Beds are comfortable.

Hotel is having some renovations. Clear signs of age. TV is out of date and so is furniture and decor. The drapes had mold growing on them.☹️ Customer service was good. Has a ABC store next to main lobby.🤙👍

Location is pretty good, easy walkability to the shops as well as the beach. We were initially put at a low level and couldn’t sleep due to road noise. They had zero issues with moving us up to a higher level and everyone was super helpful. Overall the experience was good, however there were a few bugs that kept showing up in the room.

Hotel is basic. Elevator has issues. Overall, it was decent but nothing fancy.

The location was great in the middle of Waikiki without bustling part. However, we had an issue with the vent inside the bathroom, which led to dripping of dirty water. This was addressed eventually but we were not compensated appropriately. This was our honeymoon and we didn’t have the best time because of it.

性價比高。方便，位置好，在威基基海灘、名品街，和Ala Moana購物中心中間位置，步行也就10多分鐘。周圍幾百米內有很多公交車站，到機場或者景點都有直達公交線路。房間不算新，尤其屋裡傢俱稍舊，且簡單，但衞生間設施挺新的，而且很乾凈，比較舒服。給我們房間升級了，在轉角位置，面積挺大，兩面有陽台，其中一個對着海灘，雖然落日和沙灘被擋住了，海面還是能看到。最方便的就是，白天可以去樓上的小酒廊，有咖啡、飲料、水果、點心，雖然品種不多，但真是很方便。

服務滿意度高

Things look nice from a distance, but there is mold growing in the base of the shower at the caulk line and the bathroom sink’s caulk is half way deteriorated and has an entire edge exposed. Valet misplaced our rental car key, but staff was very proactive in searching for it and trying to get us where we wanted or needed to go. We stayed for a week and interacted with numerous employees and all were very friendly.

I was a little disappointed because I didn’t get the amount of beds I asked for but the accommodation and the view somewhat made up for it. And the extra expenses weren’t expected but over all staff and ballets were great

I had an amazing time during my stay at La Croix!!! Will be booking this place again on my next trip over. Mahalo!

I liked that there was a park nearby. It’s an old hotel that they tried their best to make look nice. The pool is tiny. The hot tub is broken and has a crappy piece of plywood over it that’s warped and peeling. A kid could fall through there easily. The pool bar closes @ 6:30 but the pool closes @ 8:30. The cheapest mattresses you could find. You can feel every spring. The pillows aren’t pillows. More like a bag with socks in it is the best way to describe it. I broke out in a rash all over my body. Maybe the detergent they’re using? $45 a day if you want to park at their crap hole and there’s no where else to park. They have towel hooks in the bathroom that are literally hanging by tape. They all fall off. The furniture looks like it came from a goodwill. With parking and “resort fees” be prepared to pay an extra $670 a week. Don’t be tricked by the low cost on ******* because they’re going to charge you once you get there and have no other options. I would never stay at again nor recommend this place.
