"On arrival to Shenzhen I was contacted by the owner of the hotel who explained to me that I would be in a different room from the one that I booked. This wasn’t just a different room in the hostel, it was a different location from the original hostel I booked. This wasn’t a massive problem, it was close enough to the same location, and on top of that I was put into a three-bed rather than a six-bed dorm. The new location was good enough, the man who ran the place was friendly although he spoke no English which is par for the course in mainland China to be honest. There was a subway station very near and good food options below the building. The shower was warm and bathroom tidy enough so I can’t fault it all that much.
Oh and there’s a really nice coffee shop called meet coffee below which I recommend."

tt_is_a_carrot_The room is clean and well-equipped. Many toiletries were provided or free to grab from the lobby. The aesthetic of the hotel is very characteristic and unique. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The pub next door has some good specialty drinks and fun activities. The cat raised in the hotel is very lovely, definitely check him out if you are a cat fan.

Generally happy with the stay. Locating the apartment was a challenge as there are many buildings in the apartment complex and no apartment name as listed and no detail info about the unit. The guard could not let me in unless I can provide the unit number. Thanks to the kind-hearted guard who helped me call the landlord and got me in. So make sure you have a local phone number to call. Other roommates are mostly long term stay Chinese citizens. The bed was good but the bathroom could be cleaner. It is a short walking to the Shenzhen library and art museum that I greatly enjoyed. I could also leave my luggage there till late in the evening and the communication with the landlady was good too. Also a lot of restaurants around it and close to subway station.

Pengguna TetamuOverall it was pretty great stay! The location was 5min walk from metro station and only 1 station away from shenzhen north station.Its quite convenient and has plenty of food just outside the building.
Facility wise it provides almost everything what you ask for these type accommodation for free and it is quite new as well.
Finally the owner has great hospitality, he kindly offered some help when I needed.
A small complaint is that the dining room has slight smell of sweat, nothing terrible but it reminds me of locker room of high school club.
Honestly I was little nervous about staying in china but this stay made my mind totally relaxed. Highly recommend!

Siva Rama 256It's all together a new experience. Create ideas. With kind of future technology bed arranged. Old idea with new creative thinking design. Hostel with double deck beds, clean environment, mostly occupants mind their own business, helpful in needy times. Place is frequently cleaned. Convenient stay. Relaxing. Smooth check in. Budget and acceptable. Only setback is squad toilets.It is situated inside gated not guarded buildings, with the name in Chinese, not English. Look at the photos.

The place is more like a pension than a hostel, it feels like you are disturbing the residents by being there. Maybe I say this because they were 99,9% zero welcoming. Maybe this is just the chinese way. The girls in my room kept watching videos loudly late at night even though I asked for silence a few times. Since it’s a place where people live, it’s not as tidy as it appears to be in the advertising pictures. And there was water dripping somewhere in my room that also made quite a lot of noise. The toilet was always totally wet for some reason. Lastly, I had some trouble finding it. There should be clearer instructions here.

Teresita C LoI like this dormitory because it’s near Xixiang Station on Line One, next to the Rainbow Department Store. There are many restaurants and a Luckin Coffee on the ground floor. It’s very clean in the morning, but after guests wake up and don’t clean up their mess, the place becomes chaotic. I also suggest that management put rubbish bins inside the rooms and in the dining area. The next time I come to Shenzhen, I will stay there. If you’re looking for a place near the airport and some tourist spots in Shenzhen, I highly recommend this location. It’s great value for money.

這家公寓老闆態度很好很熱情，地理位置也挺好找，臨近兩個不同的地鐵站，還挺乾淨的，唯一缺點就是隔音不是很好，樓道里説話和樓下的噪音聽得清楚，不過性價比不錯了。
