This was my very first hostel experience, and I’m so happy I chose this one! From the moment I arrived, the reception staff made me feel so welcome. Everyone was incredibly kind, helpful, and always happy to answer any questions I had. The hostel was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was amazing. It had such a friendly, relaxed vibe that made it easy to feel at home. Staying here made my first hostel experience even better than I expected, and I would absolutely stay here again. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay!

The room is lack of ventilation. Vibration sounds of unknown ventilation starts from midnight til morning for two days. The shower room has no normal hooks or chair for clothes and personal belongings. No common area for TRAVELLERS to gather.

One of the best hostels I’ve been. Especially for the price, it’s totally worth the money. For 10€ per night I had clean towel, bed sheets, storage cabinet/ locker. They also offer free luggage storage before the check in if you arrive earlier or with a 3,5€ fee for after checkout storage. The location is perfect, in the city centre near metro station. Shops around, restaurants, bars, supermarkets etc. Friendly staff and also offer cold water in the common area (excellent if you have a bottle to refill). The building was clean and also the bedroom, the toilets and showers could have been better. There was also air conditioning, so even though it was a top floor room it was totally fine during the day and night.

The hostel was very clean and i felt really safe staying in this hostel although I was staying in a mixed dorm. People are extremely friendly and this hostel is located right in the city centre!! It is very convenient. Would recommend anyone to stay here.

the location was amazing, right in the center on gran vía and well connected with public transportation. the rooms were as pictured, with locks on storage under the beds which had lots of space. the bathrooms are shared with everyone staying in the hostel (unless booked a private bathroom) so the cleanliness could have been better but not too much of an issue.

Keep on booking at this same hotel everytime I am coming back to Madrid. Cozy, clean & well maintained. Highly recommended.

good hostel, very minimalist. I booked a dorm with 6 people, was placed jn a dorm of 14. but the location is great as its literally around the corner from the city center and the staff are friendly as well!

Pretty crowded sometimes but I could work and sleep without any problem. My only concern was that AC didn't work at all, sometimes was pretty hot.

Recomendado! No tienes tanta la sensacion de estar en un hostal,

Muy mal por el chico de turno de noche se llama michel en ves de trabajar se entretiene besando a una clienta y ******** ********** ******* sin hacer su trabajo de controlar a los borrachos incluso en ves de pedir silencio apartir de la 23:00 se pone hablar sin dejar dormir con dos chicas
