Cari Hotel 3-Star di Madrid

The hotel is nicely located, you can access the heart of the city by foot quite easily. Other than that, I felt like it was way overrated. The bed is large and comfortable but the room is small, the bathroom is like a leaking closet, there is a tiny window with views over the reception and the bar area which means you have absolutely no privacy if the black curtains are not closed. You hear the plumbing very loudly every time someone is using the flush in their room and you hear everything that is happening in the doorway. The electric plugs are out of their socket, the thing to hang your wet towels are broken and falling down every time you're putting your towel. For a 150€/night room, it felt like a scam as everything is very cheap quality. The worst part was the breakfast. 23€ if you pay the same day, 19,50€ if you book the day before. Guys, it's not worth your money ! It's ultra cheap quality. Something you can expect when you pay 10€ but definitely not more than 20€ ! You cannot even order freshly made eggs. It's all industrial products, very low quality and quite frankly not good (the fried potatoes are horrible). No fresh fruit juice, cold cuts are a disgrace for Spain. Nice gym. Small but well equipped. I haven't seen the pool. So yes the hotel looks good from the outside and the inside but I'm expecting they attract people with that, selling themselves as a hip and cool place but charging you way more than the low quality of what they are truly selling. I will not come back for this price.

The breakfast was really good and location, sadly the hotel is a bit tired. The room ok ( although the floor uneven) the beds were terrible, I had to sleep on the floor because we have arrived very late and we thought all the beds were the same so what was the point of saying anything. In fact in Reception we were told they were but we found out the day after it was not the case.One of the beds was with a small curve on the mattress and the other one the spring would stick on your body

I stayed for one night and needed a clean place to rest, the hostel is near the center and there are many restaurants and coffee shops around the area. The room was clean and I approached having a private bathroom/shower and share it just with my roommate, the area is also quiet at night. I haven't used any of their amenities but they have towels, toothbrushes, slippers,.. if you pay extra, they also have meetings and events. it seems a balance between a chill and party hostel

Great location, very nice breakfast, there is also a Starbucks right outside the enterance which is nice. Literally a two minute walk to Gran Via street where you can find anything you could possibly need. The staff was polite, the rooms were clean and very quiet at least on the 5th floor :) Overall would recommend and come back again. Gracias Madrid!

I found this place to meet my needs perfectly. The location, premium room, and independent approach to staying was great for me, although I can see staffed hours being a problem had something gone wrong, I personally enjoyed the hands-off approach after a long day of sightseeing where I did not feel like making small talk. That said, responses via WhatsApp were always helpful, detailed, and timely which made the stay quite stress free knowing help was only a message away. The location is reason enough for me to rebook this place, the wonderful room an even greater reason. If I could change one thing it would have been access to washing facilities as I was staying for 5 days, however, this is something that can be easily planned/prepared for. Should there be any emergency that requires the staff advised me of a laundromat a short walk away. Should I stay in Madrid again this hotel will be the first place I check for accomodation. 

Nice hotel! Done the job for me and my son, the rooms wete clean and tidy and the coffee was amazing. The only downfall I could see is if you want to travel to the centre of madrid or to the airport your on and off buses and trains to get to your destination but apart from that I would stay here again.

• The bed was very comfortable and provided a good night’s sleep. • The air conditioning did not have heating, but the blanket was thick enough to keep warm; the temperature that night was around 13°C. • The room was very spacious—enough to fully open two large suitcases on the floor with plenty of space left to walk around. • The bathroom included a hairdryer. • The shower drain seemed slightly clogged, causing slow drainage; we had to keep the water pressure low while showering. • No drinking water was provided in the room, but the front desk informed us that the tap water from the bathroom sink is safe to drink. • There was no kettle in the room, but you can request hot water from the front desk—they kindly provided it from the cafeteria free of charge. • Although the hotel is not located right in the tourist center and isn’t within short walking distance to major attractions, it has excellent transport links: there are both a bus stop and a metro station right outside and around the corner. • It’s very convenient whether you’re arriving from Atocha Station or heading to key destinations like Madrid Royal Palace, Moncloa Bus Terminal (for Segovia express), Plaza Eliptica (for Toledo express), or Estacion de Autobuses Madrid Sur (for Porto overnight bus). • The front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. On the day of check-out, we left our luggage there for free while we visited Toledo. When we returned around 6:00 PM, they even provided hot water for our instant noodles. We rested in the cafeteria for a few hours before heading to catch our overnight bus to Porto. • Their assistance made our trip much smoother and more comfortable.

This property in the Serrano area is very well located to reach our starting point in the Colon area to run them Madrid half marathon. 2 km walk and we are at the starting point The rooms are clean. The location of the hotel is close to #2 Metro Station Nunez D bill Bilbao and Diego de Leon Which itself has a very convenient transportation, Hub for us. We will certainly come back again next year when we do Madrid half marathon this will be our ideal location which we like to share with our friends and family

Byliśmy w wielu miejscach w Hiszpanii, ale w żadnym nie spotykaliśmy się z tak skomplikowaną procedurą dostania się do apartamentu. Zazwyczaj przed pobytem otrzymuje się mailowo formularz do wypełnienia danymi osobowymi oraz instrukcje zameldowania. W tym wypadku mailowo otrzymaliśmy informację: ”W tym obiekcie nie ma recepcji. Skontaktuj się z nim, aby uzyskać szczegółową instrukcję zameldowania.”. W aplikacji Trip.com można było się skontaktować przez komunikator lub numer telefonu. Na komunikatorze nie otrzymaliśmy odpowiedzi, więc zadzwoniliśmy na podany numer (można było wybrać przekierowanie na ”recepcję” lub ”rezerwacje”, wybraliśmy to drugie). Telefonicznie (po angielsku) podyktowano nam kolejne 2 numery telefonu na recepcję, z którą mieliśmy się skontaktować przez wiadomość na Whatsapp. Pierwszy nie odpowiadał, po na drugim po podaniu kodu potwierdzającego z emaila odpisano nam i dopiero w tym momencie otrzymaliśmy formularz do wypełnienia. Po wypełnieniu formularza dopiero otrzymaliśmy właściwy kod do drzwi, numer apartamentu oraz adres (!) - okazało się, że nasz apartament jest w budynku naprzeciwko adresu z ogłoszenia. Nie był to najprzyjemniejszy proces zameldowania do przejścia w upale i z bagażami. Wydaje się że ten sam problem spotyka wielu odwiedzających - na klatce jednego z budynków (pod adresem z ogłoszenia, nie tego w którym ostatecznie mieliśmy pokój) mieszkańcy umieścili kartkę informującą turystów, że na dwóch ostatnich piętrach budynku nie ma apartametów dla turystów. Sam apartament w porządku, przede wszystkim dobrze działała klimatyzacja, dosyć dobrze wyposażony. W rzeczywistości wyglądał trochę gorzej niż na zdjęciach. Nie było Wi-Fi, za to leżał na podłodze odpięty niedziałający router.

how much I love Spain is how badly I was frustrated by the poor service provided via one of the telephones they left for contact upon arrival. The guy on the phone was really irritable and if you don't speak Spanish be ready for feeling stupid, dumb, and unwelcome. Up to 7 tourists arrived by 3 pm and we were all trying to get the formularios on our whats app to eventually get into the rooms but the codes weren't working in the beginning. Complete chaos. I won't dwell into the room conditions (the smell, the bed, the patio view), putting 5 stars to that because I can tolerate A LOT as long as the room ain't have living objects in it. I didn't see any cockroaches so it was fine in the end. Plus a good wifi connection, perfectly cleaned shared bathroom. See, I can put up with many things - so imagine how bad the service was to spoil the stay even for me. In my background they usually say that for this level of quality and an unmatching price the reception is considered to ”kiss clients' a**es” (I don't support this discourse). Here - ... vice versa.
