This is the best hostel that I have ever stayed in!!!!! It’s like staying in an art museum where there are art pieces everywhere in the hostel. The shower rooms and washroom are so clean as well! The best part of it would be the huge lounge where we can watch movies, read and play the guitar. One unexpected thing is that we can also borrow hair straightener from the front desk!!

Really excellent place to stay, great service, friendly staff. Good transport links to Amsterdam Central. Would highly recommend to stay here, only thing we found the pillows were very soft.

Great location and comfortable stay You really couldn’t ask for a better location — the hostel is only about a 9-minute walk from Amsterdam Central Station and right in the heart of the action. The hostel is clean and tidy, and the bed was comfortable. Each bed has a locker, personal light, USB ports and a standard power socket, plus a hook for hanging clothes. The air conditioning was very strong, which was great during the summer heat. The stairs are quite steep, so heavy luggage can be a challenge, and the ladder to the top bunk is a little difficult to use. The toilets were clean, although I had an issue with the hot water one evening. The showers also require you to press the button every few seconds to keep the water running. The staff were very polite, friendly and accommodating, which made for a welcoming atmosphere. There’s also convenient luggage storage next door after check-out — €1 per hour or €5 for the whole day. The only real downside is the noise, especially late in the evening. However, this is to be expected given the very central location in Amsterdam’s busy party area. Overall, I had a very comfortable stay and would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a short stay in Amsterdam, especially if you want to be close to the station and all the main attractions.

Was a great hostel, I stayed in the 4 single bed room. Only downside was one shower and was not told of other ammenity locations that could be used.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel nel cuore di Amsterdam e nel complesso l’esperienza è stata molto positiva. La posizione è davvero imbattibile: a pochi passi dai principali canali, dai musei e dalle zone più vivaci della città. Perfetto per muoversi a piedi o con i mezzi pubblici. La camera era pulita, moderna e ben insonorizzata, anche se non particolarmente spaziosa. Il personale si è dimostrato gentile e disponibile, sempre pronto a fornire indicazioni e suggerimenti utili. Buona anche la colazione, con una scelta varia e prodotti freschi. Unica piccola nota: il prezzo è un po’ alto rispetto ai servizi offerti, ma considerando la posizione centrale è comprensibile. Nel complesso, un’ottima scelta per chi vuole vivere Amsterdam in tutta comodità. Consigliato!

Staff are great, very laid back and welcoming. It's staffed 24/7 which is rare. Comfortable beds which are already made for your arrival, which is also rare. It has a decent vending machine with beer in it! To top it all off there is probably the best lidl in Europe I have been to right across the road!

Pros: location Cons: location! Location is very convenient, lots of restaurants and bars around the hostel. However, this means that a lot of the downside of staying somewhere “where the party is” was also there. Some guests will come back home drunk and make a lot of noise, also if staying on Friday nights music from the nearby clubs can be disruptive if you’re a light sleeper. Nonetheless, room was okay, and having a bathroom inside the room was really nice.

-taxes were added when we arrived, each night we add to pay 2€ per person plus others taxes not mentioned when we booked. -it was very noisy, all night we could hear slamming doors and people talking from Time to Time. -The bedroom was very big and well equiped (fridge) and the host was nice and handful. For the price it was overall correct.
