An excellent hotel in the heart of the ancient city! Fengyi Fanju offers a truly authentic experience without sacrificing any modern comforts. The property is beautiful and peaceful, the room was clean and stylish, and the staff went above and beyond to be helpful. Waking up here felt like a dream. Highly recommended for travelers seeking a unique and memorable stay.

設施比較完善，衞生打掃的也可以，景觀比較好 酒店綠化的很好看 ，服務人員都挺好的，前台小姐姐很熱心給升級了房型。但是大廳的現磨咖啡不推薦，寡淡到像速溶一樣。黑森林蛋糕，我能理解蛋糕需要冷藏，但上來居然是冷凍的，吃起來都有冰渣。而且凍的很硬。來黃果樹瀑布還是比較推薦這家酒店。

臨時決定貴州最後一站是貴陽，看了一圈酒店都普遍漲價不少，好像桔子全季這些都上千了，而作為五星級的貴州飯店其實價格還算公道的，畢竟我臨時訂肯定溢價更高，我果斷訂這裏，結果也不會失望，網評説服務很差，其實除了前台確實服務一般，甚至有點冷之外，其他所有工作人員都很熱情，特別是行李生特別陽光燦爛，一直給我介紹遊玩路線，非常感激。 房間雖然很小，但衞生很好，一塵不染讓人很放心。礦泉水也是無限量供應，這是第一家我覺得很大方的酒店，任何角落都擺放着免費礦泉水，完全不用擔心口渴。點贊👍 早餐品種不算多，但最值得表揚的是時間到11點，我們這些晚起的懶人就很歡喜。 退房也不會催，其他酒店除非我主動提出要延遲退房，否則一到12點就各種催，這裏我待到1點都沒人管，實在太放鬆了。 酒店有室內恆温游泳池，乒乓球室，桌球室和健身房。 如果有朋友來貴陽，我還會推薦貴州飯店，真正的大酒店。

Service was excellent. Special shoutout to Wesley (concierge) who took the extra effort to show us where to collect our taobao orders as they had delivered the items to a pickup point near the hotel instead of the hotel itself. Rooms were clean and spacious. Location was great - linked directly to Amall and Erqi food street. Also a short didi ride away from MixC mall and Walmart.

I booked 2 rooms for my family of 5, with one child. We stayed in the deluxe twin room which has been renovated earlier this year/last year. The room and bathroom are spacious , bright and clean (except for the doorway inside the room near the closet ) with good view. The staff quality is of high standard. They all are professional and friendly (from the bell boy, the front desk to the servers in the restaurant). The executive lounge is on 53/f and it’s cozy. The view there is nice. The lounge provides a range of snacks with very professional hotel service. The breakfast also offers a variety of food and drinks. We enjoyed it! Regarding the location, there’re a shopping mall (1 to 2 min walk) and many convenient stores nearby. It’s also within walking distance to the tourist spot Jia shou Lou (甲秀樓.). However, it’s is not too close to the subway.

Cover most of the basics extremely well. Great friendly service staff at reception , on 2nd floor. Nice simple friendly helpful bar with a good bartender call Wu Hao. Went out of his way to make a cocktail not on the menu for my wife . Breakfast is ok, again good friendly staff . Only drawback is the entrance is just a lift along a busy main road with 2 bus stops . Very difficult to unload on arrival .

The hotel is quite old but the room is modern & well-equipped. Breakfast is quite basic & after a few days can get boring. Location is good with many eateries within walking distance including the pedestrian food street. Traffic is busy, so getting to & fro the hotel during the weekdays can be slow.

We had a fantastic stay at GuiYang Atour. Besides a very hospitable reception from the front desk, we must mention the remarkable facilities offered by the hotel: The free washer & dryer facility which is self service but also has assistance if you don't have time to wait. Vacancy of washer & dryer is also shown on TV in the room. It will be good if Atour can also provide local weather forecast on TV. Atour also provides free porridge & dumplings for supper. All their staff whether at the front desk or at the cafe or cleaners are very friendly and helpful. Also a pleasant surprise that there is coffee machine in the library! We will definitely come back to this hotel if we visit GuiYang again
