One of the best hotels we have ever stayed at! Huge hotel in old town style with super modern rooms. If you want to explore Tongren and the ”old town” just stay at this hotel and you will be happy. The hotel's location is super convenient, just a stone's throw from the Huangguoshu Scenic Area ticketing center – about a fifteen-minute walk. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and professional, making check-in swift and efficient. They even went the extra mile, offering detailed route suggestions and a helpful guide to the scenic area once they knew we were planning to visit. The room design is stylish, and the bedding is wonderfully soft and comfortable. Cleanliness was impeccable; even the corners were spotless. Breakfast offered a wide variety, with authentic flavors, and the live noodle station was a delightful surprise. What truly stood out were the thoughtful details: the complimentary mini-bar and the small snacks left during turn-down service really showed their attentiveness. This place offers incredible value for money, making it a perfect choice for both business trips and leisure travel. I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to my friends!

Completely exceeded my expectations! The hotel's location is excellent, right next to a subway station, and taxis are also easy to find. The room was spacious, the facilities were new, and being on a high floor offered a great view. The hotel staff were very friendly and professional; both the front desk and concierge were excellent. The roselle juice and black tea in the lobby are local specialties of Guizhou. Highly recommend it!

The hotel's location is excellent, and the front desk staff and other employees are all very warm and helpful. I was particularly impressed with how the front desk handled a guest cutting in line during check-in. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options, and the hot dishes are delicious. The complimentary fruit platter and mineral water are of good quality. Upon check-in, we also received complimentary Maotai ice cream. The hotel also provides a 25% discount on tickets to the National Liquor Culture City. Please note that with this discounted ticket, you will not be able to participate in the tasting at the Liquor Culture City.

The hotel boasts a great location, a gym, a pool, and even a pet-friendly restaurant, offering complete amenities. The front desk attendant who checked me in was incredibly sweet and welcoming. She handled the check-in efficiently and thoughtfully, proactively explaining the facilities and local attractions. Her thorough and attentive service made me feel very much at home. While some of the facilities are a bit dated, the excellent service truly makes up for it. I'd definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

The location is excellent, in the heart of the city; there are plenty of parking spaces, so driving is worry-free; the breakfast has a rich variety; I was worried that the equipment and facilities would be old, but the actual experience shows that the hotel has spent some effort on maintenance, and it is clean and comfortable; finally, let me talk about the service. The day of check-in happened to be a family member's birthday, and the young lady who checked me in was very attentive, and immediately sent blessings and small surprises. The glasses brother in the hotel's Chinese restaurant also gave me a very warm reception, which left a brilliant impression and memory for me and my family.

The room was spacious and bright with an excellent view, overlooking Dongshan Temple to the east and Jiaxiu Tower to the south. An extra bed cost 350 RMB and included breakfast. Room service was excellent; they provided an abundance of bottled water daily, more than we could possibly drink. The executive lounge's afternoon tea selection was a bit sparse, and wine wasn't available during happy hour. However, the lounge itself was usually quiet with few diners. Unlike a resort hotel with abundant dining choices, the main dining areas elsewhere in the hotel were still absolutely packed. Breakfast leaned heavily towards Guizhou cuisine, and many dishes were unfamiliar or not to my liking. Items like crispy pork cracklings and pork intestines were common, and approximately 80% of the Chinese hot dishes were spicy. The steamed bun selection was consistently unvaried, offering just pork buns and custard buns, and their taste was mediocre. After eating for five consecutive days, by the last two days, the food had become completely unappetizing, and I was quite tired of it. Despite the breakfast issues, I extended my stay for another three nights, primarily because of the excellent room and service.

This hotel truly excels in the crucial details, especially for a practical traveler like myself. Nothing beats a refreshing hot shower after a long journey, and the water pressure in the room was fantastic – a perfect shower experience! The in-room lounge area was also a pleasant surprise, with a very soft and comfortable sofa. What impressed me most, however, was the complimentary breakfast, available until 1 PM. The selection was rich, and the food tasted great, allowing guests to enjoy a leisurely and nutritious meal before starting their day energized. Every staff member was friendly too. I'd definitely choose this hotel again!

As a tourist, I must say the location is absolutely superb, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. There are plenty of fantastic dining and entertainment options nearby. The facilities, however, are quite dated. The decor feels old-fashioned; surprisingly, there was even a red velvet sofa which really emphasized the vintage vibe. Room cleanliness was generally decent, with no noticeable water stains on the faucet fixtures. However, I did encounter an issue with the linens. Upon unfolding a bath towel, I found a clump of hair inside (not sure what kind). This specific towel also felt noticeably different to the touch compared to the other clean ones, which was concerning. On the positive side, the front desk service was excellent, and check-in was very fast.

I chose to stay near the North Station for convenient travel. As always, Atour's bedding ensured excellent sleep quality during my busy trip, which was fantastic. Both the front desk and housekeeping staff provided exceptional service; even during the extremely busy tourist season, they maintained a remarkably high standard. I even left an item behind upon checkout, and they promptly contacted me to help retrieve it. However, the area around the North Station is undeniably very crowded and quite chaotic. I believe the experience would be better during the off-season.
