Hotel dengan Tab Mandi di Noboribetsu

We stayed here for one night in the South Building, a Japanese style superior room. Overall, I would recommend this to someone who's wanting to experience all that Noboribetsu has to offer in one resort and doesn't mind some level of commercialisation at the expense of foregoing some Japanese Ryokan authenticity. This resort is staffed by a lot of foreigners, and they have clear signage and instructions in different languages for foreigners. Some complain of the rude service here but I think it's reciprocal - if you treat others with respect, you receive respect in return. They also took the opportunity to maximise profits by offering extras / additional experience at a cost, which is not necessarily a bad thing as you just decide if you want to pay extra or not for extra experience. The highlight was obviously the Grand Bath, which is massive. It was crowded when we stayed here but still manageable. Lots of options and magnificent view. We wanted Kaiseki style meals but as it was the New Year Eve, we had to settle for buffet meals for both dinner and breakfast. But they did make a mini Vegetarian set for us as we couldn't enjoy a lot of the dinner dishes. The futon was just so comfortable! We slept like babies throughout the night. Otherwise, the room itself was clean and spacious.

We stayed in the South Twin room and were pleasantly surprised. I was expecting the hotel to be older and more dated. The rooms were small but very clean and quite modern in design. Bathroom was one of the best amongst the hotels I've stayed in on this trip to Hokkaido. Onsen was pleasant and clean but I've experienced nicer onsens. Sulfur onsen pool was great for the skin and I slept like a baby after. Would highly recommend a stay here!

The suite with private onsen was awesome.The hair shampoo was good also for my hair.Just can’t find any facial/skin care product (facial cleanser,face lotion) in the room.But the location is good,the 7-eleven just right in front of the hotel,u can always get something there.And walking distance to those tourist spots.The dinner and breakfast is so-so only, .

Bandar mata air panas di Noboribetsu sepatutnya lebih kecil, lebih indah tetapi juga mahal. Ia mengambil masa sepuluh minit untuk berjalan kaki ke Lembah Neraka. Bilik ***a Jepun bersaiz lebih besar dan tempat mandi peribadi juga sangat bagus. Dua orang boleh mandi bersama tanpa sebarang masalah. Ia adalah pilihan yang baik untuk menikmati ***a Jepun. Mata air panas di sini adalah semua mata air panas gunung berapi dengan bau sulfur yang berbeza. Terdapat tiga kolam mandi awam, satu kolam luar dan tidak ramai orang. Dari segi pengangkutan, anda boleh menempah bas dari Sapporo ke hotel anda melalui e-mel atau Ctrip. Ia bertolak dari Menara TV Sapporo pada pukul 1:15 dan berharga 1,000 yen setiap orang. Terdapat bas lapangan terbang untuk menurunkan lapangan terbang pada kira-kira pukul 10 pagi, tetapi anda terpaksa menempahnya dalam talian lebih awal dengan Bas Donan bukan mudah untuk digunakan, jadi saya meminta meja depan untuk membantu saya menempah ia menggunakan komputer saya. Hotel ini agak mahal untuk makan malam adalah kursus jamuan, yang sangat indah. Sarapan adalah separuh bufet dengan hidangan set. Di samping itu, jika anda membawa kanak-kanak, ia adalah berdasarkan penghunian dua kali. Selepas menambah 21,000 yen untuk hidangan, kami makan sama seperti orang dewasa. Ini jelas lebih menjimatkan kos daripada menempah penginapan tiga orang secara terus.

The location is good but not perfect. There is some distance from the bus stop. So if you are traveling with any suitcase, it will be some challenge. The room is great. It has plenty of space and can easily open any size of suitcase. The bed is very soft. We even have a bath tub inside our room. BTW, it also has a free mini bar with some selections of cold soft drinks. The staffs are very friendly. The front desk staff speaks good English. They also help us carry our large to our room. The food is great and very authentic. The onsen is fantastic. Both the bottom one and the top one have very good view. The only thing I am not 100% happy with is the price. If you can book a room from their official website, it will be cheaper. Trip did charge some premium. However, it is very hard to book this hotel during the peak season on their official website . So I can understand that and can’t complain too much about that. But if Trip can match the price, then I will be even more satisfied.

We booked two nights and truly enjoyed ourselves. We booked half board ( breakfast and dinner). Great food, good value. The onsen is nice.

6년 전쯤 방문 후 그 당시 모든 면에 만족했던 게 기억에 남아 다시 방문하였습니다. 이번 숙박 때 음식, 온천, 직원분들의 친절함 등에 모두 만족하였습니다. 저는 개인적으로 노보리베츠 온천마을 내 숙소 중 보로 노구치가 최상이라고 생각합니다. 그러나 이런 제 생각이 잘못된 걸 수도 있다고 생각이 든 일이 있었는데 방안에 있는 탕을 이용하고 있는데 물에 때 같은 게 보여서 온천 욕조 안에 담겨져 있던 물을 다 내려버리고 다시 물을 받으려고 하다가 그 불순물이 뭔지 알게 되었습니다. 첨부한 사진 보시면 아시겠지만 모래였습니다..... 물에 섞여서 생긴 게 아닌 시설물의 노후 및 관리 미흡으로 인한 것으로 보였습니다. 개인적으로 정말 아쉬운 부분이었습니다. 최고의 온천물, 식사, 직원들의 친절함이 있으나 이것들을 반감시키는 노후 및 관리 미흡은 시설은 꼭 개선됐으면 합니다. 다음 방문 때는 이런 부분이 없었으면 합니다.
