The sheets where dirty. We found bugs in the bed, the hot water didn’t work and the carpeted floors where sticky. We drove all night and ended up taking a nap in the parking lot so we could rest and find a different hotel in the morning. The lady at the front desk wasn’t very accommodating and when I asked for the manager she pretended to call some one repeatedly. I could see on her phone it was the Home Screen and not the call screen. I asked for a refund and all she would say is the manager will call me back, but has yet to do so, and when I call they pretend like they don’t have a record of me staying at the hotel. If I could rank this less then 1 star I would. Not even worth half a star. I would be embarrassed to have my name on that building.

New (built 2022) hotel adjacent to freeway. Clean with exceptionally comfortable beds. Front staff member went out of her way to make sure our room was feather free. Breakfast was hot and plentiful. We didn’t have any problems with noise, so non-freeway side of hotel is definitely quiet.

Jadi kami menempah selama 2 malam, akhirnya tinggal yang ke-3 dalam 3 malam ini kami terpaksa menukar bilik sebanyak 3 kali. Yang pertama dinaiki air dari tandas secara rawak sekitar jam 1 pagi, peti sejuk tidak berfungsi berbau seolah-olah seseorang merokok sebilangan mary jane sebelumnya kebanyakannya bersih kecuali beberapa helai yang boleh dipersoalkan. Bilik ke-2 sangat bersih tetapi terlalu kecil untuk keluarga lima orang dan akhirnya mendapat satu lagi yang sempurna dan sangat bersih. Pemuda di bahagian depan merawat keluarga saya dengan luar biasa ketika di luar bilik dibanjiri. Gadis dari hari ke-2 itu agak pendek dan kelihatan kesal. Terakhir setelah semua komplikasi yang kami lakukan dengan pengurus menawarkan malam percuma. Dan saya juga memberitahunya apa aset luar biasa pemuda itu. Secara keseluruhan memberikannya 7 daripada 10.

Stay was beyond excellent. The room was clean, fresh smelling and the bed super comfortable. Staff were friendly and professional. Shout out to David who gave us a warm welcome. Hotel does NOT charge for parking, which is highly unusual. The hotel offers a parking garage and surface parking behind the hotel. The location is very convenient. Without traffic it was only a 15 minute drive to downtown, 10 minutes to the Galleria and 10 minutes to Memorial Park. The challenge is navigating the frontage roads to actually get to the hotel, but Waze or Google Maps was spot on with the guidance. The hotel definitely has an older architectural style, but the rooms are super clean and well maintained. The concierge lounge is stocked with sodas, flavored water and snacks. Soundproofing was sufficient that we never were bothered by the freeway noise! We stay at dozens of hotels on an annual basis, and this hotel is simply one of the best run properties we have experienced. Definitely would recommend this property and stay here again.
