This hotel is everything the reviews say it is. Truly a five-star experience. The staff is outstanding! Always ready to assist. Housekeeping is outstanding and always on top of all details. The room was right next to one of the pools, as is the configuration throughout the property. It was wonderful to walk out of the patio door and feel the natural beauty of the outdoor areas, and lay on the large, cushy lounge chair in your private space. The breakfast buffet is as good as I’ve experienced in Asia. Beautiful setting. So many selections for whatever the pallet. Very fresh and plentiful. The pastries and bread are made right there, and they have a wonderful little pastry shop for retail customers. The fruits were amazing, and you can make your own fruit/vegetable drink. The theme here is just ask, and they will accommodate. A small, boutique style hotel. Just amazing.

The hotel is an about 5-10mins from hua hin night market or major shopping centres. So you’ll need to commute back and forth if you want to do some shopping or for meals outside of the hotel but taxis ain’t easy to get during busy hours. We booked two rooms with garden view. The rooms felt a bit old and our boys got really bad mosquito bites all over their face, arms and legs (So beware if you are travelling with kids). There were many activities for kids (badminton, swimming, mini football, kids room) but you do need to queue for your turn as the hotel was busy. Breakfast was buffet styled and the food was ok (but nothing too spectacular) with plenty of local and western options. The spa was very good. I had a deep tissue massage and I just felt so relaxed and slept through half of the treatment. Overall, a well established resort in hua hin with a more traditional or old-school feel to it. If you are looking for a more modern resorts with newer facilities, then this may not be the place for you.

The stay was very impressive. Booked and talked on the phone with Khun Noot who were very helpful on questions I asked. Arrived with a surprize from the resort with birthday cake and decoration thanks to Khun Beam Khun Nan and Khun Lookyee for your hospitalities throughout the stays you guys show us highly friendly service. A compliment to Khun Tai from Spa as well who gave us a lot of resort information. It was such an incredible stay.

Regarding Hotel Villa Hua-Hin, I had to leave because I was claustrophobic. The double room with terrace turned out to be a dark double room with dim lights, black tiles and most importantly, no terrace and even no windows. It had fake wooden windows glued to the wall, to be exact. The staff was not at all helpful, I had to look for the room and carry my bags to the floor personally, I also had to leave a deposit before entering the room. small and impractical rooms, suffocating is an understatement, fake window even in the bathroom. the location of the hotel is extremely inconvenient, it is probably an industrial area, in front of the hotel there is a parking lot for a small supermarket, nothing else, a car is needed to get around, the beach cannot be reached on foot, restaurants, beaches and entertainment are far away. I did not receive a minimal refund despite my complaints that the room was not as advertised, I still found much better at Baan Saenkhram Hua Hin with large terrace, never again at villa hua-hin hotel, stay away from here, even booking. com who provided me with false information was able to give me only a few words of comfort, trying in vain to act as an intermediary, I turned to Agoda and Trip.com who did not disappoint my expectations. Impossible to give a positive review for this hotel, having viewed the positive reviews I think they are fake

It was helpful that this Inn/guest house was still available as my plans changed at the last moment at a fair price. Quiet neighbourhood. Well kept public spaces, spotless tiles with steep steps to rooms. My room was okay, but quite musty. Some problem in the pipes under the bathroom or a poorly maintained a/c unit! Will aggravate any respiratory condition. TV is adequate, but analog cable. Bed comfortable. Small fridge helpful, but there are no stores nearby to replenish supplies. Nowhere near the beach. A good breakfast is provided by friendly staff, and their bar is handy for a nightcapy. 8 minutes to downtown Hua Hin, or 4 minutes north to RRC Coach stop (to Suvarnbhami Airport), but fixed priced cab fares are high. In a pinch, I'd stay again, but likely not.

Stayed here for 3d2n and really love their environment and vibes! The service provided by the staff is super super excellent. They also prepared breakfast for us to bring to our golf! Location abit far from the downtown area but i think is okay as grab is very convenience. The room is very clean and they provide umbrella as well. Only thing is the shower 🥲 I think it will be better if they have a proper shower door. Overall 4.5/5! ❤️

Great sea view from the room. Room is so clean and nice decoration. It's so romantic when I wake up in the morning seeing the sun rise from the sea with a little cup of cofffe. The Pool is so nice and private. I feel like any home of mine in Hua Hin. Service is great. Value of the money. I will come back again.

Comfortable and with pleasant staff. Polite and service minded, even though the English is lacking. Really nice apartments! The trash was emptied more than daily. We (3 adults) stayed there 4 weeks while distance working. Amazing to work at the computer on the outside table among the trees and greenery. The one of us who had a room facing the back was woken every day by five roosters, but otherwise it was lovely to have a view of a small farm with cows, a dog, a little boy playing around and cute little chicken. The pool is not very big, but fills it purpose in the heat. Close to some really nice restaurants and a big 7 Eleven.
