Estuve el pasado viernes día 13/10/2023, y reservé una suite. Indicar que el baño está casi tan grande como la habitación, con su bañera de hidromasaje que no use, pero que tenia. La cama era de las dimensiones indicadas, pero el olor de la habitación, era insufrible. Cuando llegue, las ventanas estaban abiertas de par en par, luego eran conscientes de ello. Baje a recepción y lo indique ( la chica exquisita) y me dijeron que enviarían al servicio, ya que yo salía hacer unas gestiones. Cuando llegue, el olor igual y las ventanas de par en par. Habitación 523. Una pena que lo que podía hacer estado bien, suponga un no volveré, por si acaso. El tema del olor en las habitaciones, posiblemente de la ventilación debe corregirse, dada la mala imagen que te llevas. El parking, para coches muy pequeños y fuera del hotel. Avise de que el vehículo era grande y el chico que me acompañó quería que lo dejara en una plaza que no entraba. Lo pude acomodar en otra, con muchísima dificultad. Y cuando fui a salir, pues no podía, dado que habías vehículos que me impedían salir. Un poco de cuidado con estos detalles también vendría bien

Stayed for four nights with an EasyJet holiday package. Great location. Cafes, restaurants and little supermarkets very close. Room was basic, but very well maintained. After all, you only sleep in it. All staff are very friendly and approachable. I definitely would stay there again if I were to visit Murcia again. 20 minutes to and from the airport in a taxi 29 euro each way.

This was our second stay in this hotel, which says a lot because had it been bad the first time, there would have not been a second. The staff is very helpful and friendly, the rooms clean and well kept and the hotel is in the city center. Normally, we avoid eating in hotel restaurants, preferring to explore and check out our options. But, after an aborted meal at the mediocre asian restaurant across the street, we decided to try the restaurant. We were pleasantly surprised and had a very good meal along with some entertaining conversation with the waiter. He recommended the house red which turned out to be an excellent organic Murciano wine, and a bargain at that.

Ho soggiornato in questo Hotel per più di una settimana. Il miglior rapporto prezzo qualità a Murcia. Posizione comoda e tranquillo. Buona qualità del sonno grazie a materassi buoni e insonorizzazione delle camere molto buona. Migliorabile il servizio bagno. non c'è l'asciugacapelli e manca la tovaglia viso. Ottimo il servizio lavanderia automatica. Lo consiglio per chi deve soggiornare a Murcia e trascorre solo la notte in Hotel.

To say that this hotel was disappointing is an understatement. We arrived at around 10:45 pm on June 5th. When we arrived, we asked if there were any places open to eat. They informed us that their restaurant closed in 15 minutes, so they couldn’t help us. We asked if they could recommend someplace to which they responded that we could walk 20 minutes “that way” and maybe something would be open. No offer of calling a taxi, nothing. We were underwhelmed with the staff already, but when the elevator door opened, we were hit with a smell that I can only describe as dirty gym socks. Then we opened our room. The ever present odor remained, but we were greeted with a whole new set of issues. It was hot, and there was no way to regulate the air. There was a poorly patched hole on the wall inside the door with some brown substance smeared/dripped down the wall. The curtain was shredded as if a cat had been hanging from it. There were broken tiles in the bathroom. The toilet seat was broken (when you sat on it, it slid to the right). One tile was so loose next to the bathroom door that my husband almost lost his balance. Mirrors were dirty. There were lipstick prints on the windows. One of the most disturbing things was that when I picked up the hairdryer, it was sticky. So gross. So, the next morning, we got up to get breakfast only to find out there was no breakfast menu. Also, no lunch menu. So, we did have a tea and a croissant while we watched the kids at the daycare that functions outside of the hotel interact. That was the best part of the experience. During breakfast, we booked another hotel in town. We left for the day. We stopped by and checked into our new hotel which is lovely. We returned to Sercotel to retrieve our bags and check out. So, we paid for four nights in advance. We stayed one; that’s how bad this place is. Also, to add insult to insult, when we checked out, they tried to charge us $44. I told them that we paid in full in advance. The clerk suggested that maybe we had dinner!!!!! NOPE!!! In the end, they couldn’t explain the $44 charge and told us we didn’t have to pay it. Gee. Thanks for not charging us money that we didn’t owe you. Do yourself a favor. Never. Ever. Book. Here.
