Overall, it's pretty good. The service is nice. The only thing is there's no proper lobby, just a cafe storefront. The breakfast area is also quite small, so if you can't find a seat, you have to go upstairs. There's a good variety of breakfast options. The room itself is clean and hygienic, much better than a B&B. If I come to Shili Yintan again, I'll choose this hotel.

The room was very clean, and having the beach right outside was fantastic.

The room has a minimalist design which feels very comfortable overall. The hygiene is excellent. After checking out nearby hotels, this one offers great value for money. The natural light is fantastic; you can see the sea directly just by opening the curtains, and the view is wonderful. The customer service was also very good. It would be even better if the room's lighting could be changed to white light, as I prefer brighter settings.

Super close to the beach! And breakfast is included! My kids loved the food! We'll definitely be back next time.

Our planned valentine trip to xunliao bay was perfected by our choice of POLTTON international apartment as our habitat. The apartment is quite easy to locate and its position overseeing the beach was one of our best experience. The apartment environment is clean and within proximity to nice restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacy. The hotel amenities are well maintained and very comfortable to use. The beddings are very comfy and make for a wonderful sleep experience. The breakfast was good with a variety of food to pick from. The staff were professional and hospitable too. I would surely stay at POLTTON again on my next visit to Xunliao bay

Beautiful scenery, excellent front desk service, clean and tidy rooms with complete facilities. The buffet breakfast, a mix of Western and Chinese, was also very good! 👍

First off, this place is called an apartment, not a hotel at all. Price: I booked it based on so many positive reviews, paid nearly 1000 RMB, and was completely stunned when I arrived. Isn't this just a homestay??? It's worth at most 300 RMB! Service: The lobby is as small as the rooms, and it's also a restaurant at the same time! Unbelievable. No staff after 6 PM. Basically, no service to speak of. Environment: The room is small, but the balcony is big. The bathroom is very old. The beach across the way is a rip-off. Xiaojing Bay is much better than this. The elevator usually takes 5 minutes to wait for. There's no distinction between residential areas and apartments. Also, free parking is only available on the ground level, but there are only a few parking spots there, so it's practically non-existent. So, I really don't understand what these reviewers are talking about, saying the breakfast is good or the environment is good. The only good thing is the sea view. Staying here is worse than staying in a cheaper homestay. I don't recommend it at all~

Beautiful, quaint apartment. Fully furnished with all the basic ammenities and needs. We had a great ocean view which wasn't directly South-facing, so the sun wasn't a big problem on the balcony. The projector had a paid VIP membership so we could watch whatever we wanted. The wifi also worked well. The beach is just across the road and a breeze to access. The staff are very friendly and accommodating and were eager to assist whenever needed. The room is cleaned every day and they supply fresh water. Breakfast was available promptly and there was a nice variety of food at the buffet. They only have the buffet over weekends though. They also give out free toys for kids to play on the beach with and you can collect free popcorn at night. I would definitely recommend this place to a couple or some friends going on holiday and wanting a relaxed beach atmosphere. There was difinitely enough space for us and our baby.

The in-room washing machine was super convenient. The front desk offered 24-hour service, which was quick and friendly. Free parking was available in the ground-level lot, and it was a handy 10-minute drive to the beach.

Very good price consider what we get. Good location and good view. Service and facilities are limited. Hotel did not provide full proper restaurant but only a breakfast/coffee place. Very good bargain for budget travellers.
