下單訂房有管家聯繫告知停車場，坐船的位置。坐船上島後的感覺和岸邊完全不同，很安靜，真的可以慢慢走一走沙灘，下午和第二天早餐後太陽很暖在海邊的帳篷躺平一下。這個人流量島上吃的選擇不多可以理解，早餐還是不錯的。點贊一下管家的細緻服務，篝火駐唱，養魚酒館和燈塔咖啡，還有燈塔下面的咖啡營地，值得推薦。

我們是週四過來的，剛好前幾天下雨沒什麼人住。 老闆很爽快。給我們免費升級了海景雙，免費劃漿板20分鐘，不過沒什麼人住的話後面我們劃了挺久。老闆也沒説啥。 前台小哥很好，不懂問他。去了對面島趕海，找老闆介紹也不用怕坑、房間可以整體乾淨，海水不會很臟。這裡是小漁村比較安靜，不是節假日不用人擠人。

The hotel is amazing if you want to get away from the city. As it is remote, transport is difficult to find but the hotel can arrange it if you’re willing to pay more than DIDI rates. There is a number of hot springs and and a theme park nearby for the whole family to enjoy a day out. The host was amazing and arranged everything, from dinner to fireworks for the kids.

We spent two nights at Sheraton Huizhou Beach. We had a good time, and enjoyed a splendid summer weather. There are 5 pools at the hotel, plus some outdoor thermal baths. We enjoyed swimming in all of them. The big beach is NOT clean, and although it seems that this is not responsibility of the hotel, I think that they should invest in cleaning it at least once every few weeks, as the accumulated garbage (toys, plastics, nets, shoes, etc.) makes the experience of walking on it a bit disappointing and not so enjoyable. Besides that, even if the hotel itself is a bit worn out, it is still acceptable, quiet at night and clean. All the staff was very helpful, serviceable, very efficient and gave us excellent attention, specially Cassie at the front desk. The breakfast buffet is good, very complete. Overall, I loved the experience, and since the price is reasonable, I will surely come back to spend a few more days of relaxing rest here, I recommend it remarkably during Low-Season. The service was amazing! It was my birthday and the hotel upgraded our room free of charge and then served a cake to the room. I want to thank Mr. Lu from the reception desk for excellent service. We will come here again, because this is one of the best choice for family vacation.

今天一家人來巽寮灣玩，一家人祝的鑫泰酒店，房間挺乾淨的，酒店環境也不錯，服務也挺熱情的，就是地方稍微的偏了一點點🤏，總體來說，價格實惠，服務熱情，性價比高！👍

衞生很乾凈，環境也很不錯，工作人員態度很好，免費停車場，免費的洗漱用品，用完了不夠了工作人員還幫忙送給我們，房間環境乾淨，廁浴分離的，真心推薦！一樓大廳還有小朋友玩的遊樂園，很用心的設計！都免帶娃了！ 讓孩子遠離手機電子產品！真心的推薦家人們！！!

1、房間設備設施，電器電視都比較陳舊； 2、酒店周邊環境比較破敗荒涼，包括門口停車場也是很破敗； 3、服務員比較有禮貌，但確實沒什麼服務； 4、清理垃圾也不及時，頭一天下午放在公區電梯間垃圾桶邊的外賣盒第二天中午退房都還在； 5、外牆空調巨吵！！！一晚上都沒睡着。每個房間外面都掛着四個外機，你不開別人也會開，吵！！！

The hotel room that we booked was lovely, great sea view, spacious and was clean. The hotel staff was kind and helpful and they made our stay good. However, the pool was really dirty and their excuse was that it is winter, which was ridiculous (just clean the pool and let the guests decide whether they want to swim or not). It would’ve been nice if they had brochures with activities that you can do around. The breakfast and drinks weren’t too good, would’ve been better if there were options.

酒店真是讓人驚喜！前台彩玲服務真是細心周到，房間安靜宜人，設施齊全，拉開窗簾就能看到壯麗的海景和絕美日落。酒店內的無邊泳池拍日落更是美極了，窯洞恆温泳池設計風格非常特別，晚上還有煙花看，在這裏的時間彷彿都慢了下來，是放鬆身心的完美去處。真是超棒的旅程！強烈推薦海王子酒店！
