Very well maintained. Service is excellent and the personell is extremely friendly. Some time English is a little bit difficult, but everyone is trying to make your request work. Situated close to a very nice little lake with swans and a shopping center nearby. It’s a great place for business and leisure trips.

It was a good stay. I think they need to change the carpet. The breakfast was great. Nice view and so much to do. Affordable drinks and food. There's a mall and clubs next to the hotel. Great family hotel.

I booked room overlooking lake but did not receive. Buffet dinner was very poor - a lot of dishes were poor - we sat down at 20:00, 1 hour before finish. Tried to get service at outside bar but barman just ignored!!

Great for kids! Good location right next to a mall with good food selection. The outdoor playground for hotel guests (free) is lovely for kids. Didn’t experience the pony ride. Will come again if going to Huizhou.

A 5 star hotel but service attitude not very friendly or helpful. Very good spread for breakfast though. Don’t even have any place to sit at the humongous lobby area. Had to stand while waiting for friends.
