Ia adalah bilik yang luas dengan harga yang murah. Ia agak jauh dari jalan sehingga anda perlu banyak menaiki kereta api, tetapi saya seronok tanpa sebarang kesulitan untuk bersiar-siar. Ada tempat yang saya sedikit mementingkan kebersihan. Baunya seperti tikar tatami dan saya tidak biasa dengannya, jadi ia agak tidak menyenangkan, tetapi memandangkan harga yang rendah, ia kelihatan seperti tempat tinggal yang cukup baik.

Sangat berpuas hati, persekitarannya selesa dan bersih, dan ia juga sangat mudah dari stesen. Sangat sesuai untuk sekeluarga atau 4 orang melancong bersama.Tuala bersih disediakan setiap hari.

Saya tinggal bersama beberapa orang. Terdapat beberapa kawasan di mana pembersihan tidak menyeluruh. Terdapat pasar raya dan kedai serbaneka berdekatan, jadi ia sangat mudah.

Kebersihan perlu dipertingkatkan. Perkhidmatannya baik, tuala mandi telah ditukar, dll.

Biliknya besar, tetapi penebat bunyi agak lemah. Saya menginap di hotel di Fukuoka ini dan sangat berpuas hati, jadi saya memilihnya semula di Tokyo. Namun, kemudahan di Tokyo agak lama...

Ianya sangat bagus!

I recently had a very disappointing experience at this hotel that I feel compelled to share. My companion and I were horrified to find a **huge cockroach** upon entering our room. While I understand that certain cleanliness issues can arise, the idea of sleeping in a room knowing there could be pests crawling around is simply unacceptable. As a result, we had no choice but to **quickly search for alternative accommodation** for the night. To make matters worse, the hotel refused to refund our payment despite having evidence of the situation, including photos and videos. Their complete lack of accountability and remorse was truly disappointing and reflects a **shameful attitude** towards customer service. I strongly advise **avoiding this hotel at all costs** based on our experience.

Room itself was ok. External areas, especially carpets were in need of replacement. I wouldn’t stay there again. No one on reception when we got in and really struggled to understand how to check in. Ok if you are looking for something very basic.

A breather from the city. Near the subway and lical stores restaurants. We enjoyed our rooms because its like home away from home. Will rebook next time.

We booked room for family. The hotel has located at comfortable transportation and among of residential area. It’s easy to shopping just 15-20 min to Ueno. There are grocery stores around. Due to nearby Japanese language school, the among foreigners live here. One of such a great thing that tax free store is opposite and right side of JJ station. The last night in Japan is more convenient to pack Japanese stuffs. The stuffs are so kind and helpful though having some language barrier, last day we left luggages and came back to pick up in afternoon before leaving Japan. My mom love this area a lot and hope to visit Japan again Thanks for valuable memories. Long stay recommended.

Excellent . Big room and have good facility .

Hotel was clean and the self checkout process was easy. Had all the facilities needed like utensils, plates microwave, washing machine etc. it was a great experience!

We booked this accommodation last minute, had a very simple and easy self check in. The room was immaculate, smart and comfortable. The AC was great and the theme was traditional made us feel like we were experiencing modern Japanese accommodation. The cleaner was lovely and very helpful. The location is good not for from train stations and shops. Also, area around the accommodation is quiet which was ideal for a relaxing stay. Would 100% recommend if you’re planning on staying just outside the busy city. I believe it’s around a 20 minute subway to the centre of Tokyo.

The facility is outdated, the bathroom vent didn’t work or even turned on and the room vents were dirty.
