這家酒店的服務非常棒，住了好幾次了，來住的時候送早餐卷還有免費的咖啡喝，房間還有智能語音助手。前台雯子小姐姐服務好，安排幾次的房間都很滿意，需要的生活用品都能儘量滿足。贊！

首先位置非常好，周邊吃喝玩樂配套齊全。 其次，房間超級無敵大，這個價位內即便八線小縣城也找不出第二家。 然後就是床了，生平第一次見過這麼大的床，我睡這邊，女朋友睡那邊，她説聽不到我的打呼聲了，因為距離太遠了。 然後房間有冰箱，還有個非常可愛的洗衣機。 前台香香，人美聲甜服務好。總之下次再來山姆採購，還會住這裏

The hotel was in the downtown so it’s far from the beach but the location is good for other stuff..sadly the pool wasn’t working and they didn’t write on the app but everything else good…kind and friendly they really tried to speak English would definitely recommend

房間大，一房一廳，網上説五星酒店，試試，客房多，房價154元，以為做特價，才知道20年前是，什麼都好，設定更新更好，樓下茶樓好旺，客家的，晚飯在網上看到惠州第二好食的阿妹小海鮮，全是年輕情侶，旺。但廚師全坐在大門前面，八個吧，我叫姜葱炒羔蟹和蚧，腸粉176吧，不貴，但全是冷的，是預製菜試二口叫埋單，給200，他找回100元，説我不早説，

A wonderful place to stay. We had a fantastic lake view. Housekeeping ayi took great care of us. The front desk took care of all of our requests quickly. Great buffet breakfast every day. Excellent location with many restaurants and bars 2 minutes walk away. We will stay here every time we visit Huizhou.

Excellent place to stay overnight in Huizhou. Great view from Bath to a city , a usually in Crowne Plaza - very poor selection on mini bar. Regular lobby bar well equipped with 2 drinks fee of charge for guests. Will come back again 5/5

It is a very nice hotel, very near to west lake, just infront of the west lake east door (dongdamen), it is also beside the walking street of Huizhou commercial pedestrian street, a lot of shopping. The room is big, renovation also new, it was an old hotel took over by a new company. Buffet Breakfast is very nice too. Lobby got free coffee and tea everytime welcome us back.

Heard a lot about this 5***** hotel, so I booked it for the covinient from the bus from hk airport. Not very impressed and certainly doesn't meet the standard of a 5***** it once was. The room is stuffy and a bit of damp smell, although it's a non- smoker room, I paid 66£ for a night, and I requested to place me in a quiet area, so they upgraded me from the 5th floor which was above the Karaoke, to the 15th floor. Nice view of the west lake. The room is big enough but decoration is old, needs future renovation as I wouldn't stay there next time and there are better hotels out there in the area. However, the staff are very attentive and super friendly, after checking out, a young male asked how was my stay, and i said it was OK, it smells musky in the room, he apologised and gave me a goody bag with sweets and a cute stuff toy.

They were always readily available to assist with any queries or requests, providing us with recommendations for local attractions and even arranging transportation for us. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic experience. The cleanliness, excellent amenities, and friendly staff truly set it apart from other accommodations. It was a pleasant time for my child. Although I believe the pools need to be cleaner and been taking care of in a better way but in all it wasn’t a bad trip. The food was acceptable but should be better , breakfast needs to be improved and have more on western food on menu. The room had a smell but it was acceptable, the staff in the hotel were great and very helpful.
