Staffs were very unfriendly and unprofessional. They are very ****** and are obviously kind and helpful to western guests only however not the same quality towards asian guests. The noise from outside can be heard clearly inside your room, so if you’re planning to sleep and rest, that is something that you really cannot achieve. I’ve stayed twice in this property, thinking my impression was wrong during my first stay however, I’ve confirmed that the staffs here are really unfriendly at all. Never I have heard the receptionist thanking me for staying in their hotel upon checking-out; She was just too focused on her cellphone or the computer screen. Nobody even thought of helping me with my luggage.
