I booked hotels in the Maldives through your website. But due to the non-availability of rooms, I was able to book a room for only one guest in your hotel. But my guest was two I have repeatedly requested you to allow two guests in our room. But you told me that yes we did it but you didn't inform the hotel. I had to pay 60 dollars due to not knowing the hotel. We are a travel agency and we have to pay a fine of 60 dollars for a room. In that case, we have a huge loss. If you had informed the hotel, they would have given us the room. We were able to talk to the hotel later. We never expected this from your website because there are many websites from which we trust you to book hotels all the time. We are very sorry very sorry very saddened by your behavior.

到着が夜でスピードボートには乗れないのでこちらで1泊させて頂きました。空港からは車で15分くらいです。事前に電話で空港送迎をお願いしていましたが、時間通りにちゃんと待っていてくれました。スタッフの方はとても優しく親切にしてくれました。ホテルの目の前はすぐビーチでとても綺麗です。部屋はアメニティがあまりないので、持って行く必要があります。ヘアドライヤーは頼めば貸してくれました。

居民區的房子，有酒店自己的接駁車。服務很好，會儘力解決你的困難。房間很乾凈，簡單裝修過，房間裏三星電視機是擺設。。隔音不是很好。另外街區不遠就是當地的體育活動廣場，聲音不是一般的大，比較吵鬧。穿過前麪一排房子的弄堂就是海

服務人員熱情耐心，沒有給小費但是依舊很熱情，可是我六點要去坐水飛，晚上說好早上有早餐，但是早上卻沒有給我坐，門口就是海灘，很漂亮還可以游泳！房間很小，但是基本設施都齊全，周邊飯館也很多，過渡一個晚上完全沒問題。總體好評吧

【衛生】花灑頭上有毛髮……床單枕頭也不是很乾凈。其他衛生情況能忍。
【設施】隔音太差，早六點聽到隔壁嬰兒哭，大人逗小孩的聲音，我們奔波1天凌晨兩點才躺下，實在睡不着了。
【服務】還不錯，但大家不要找店員換零錢，店員小哥將100美元全換成了馬爾代夫盧菲亞，沒花完（上島后都刷卡），回國前當地銀行不給換美元，因為沒有在銀行兌換盧菲亞的receipt。所以這現金回國了還在我們手上閑置。（店員不是當場換的，是收了我們的錢讓我們等了一段時間再上門給我們的……我們英語還可以不存在誤會，當天太晚了沒再糾結這事）在馬代美元通用。
【環境】出了酒店就是海灘，周圍小街道還是有點特色的，隨便逛逛可以。
【其他】我們訂的是包早餐，早餐在酒店旁邊的餐廳，咖啡吐司什麼都可以選，還有當地特色的吞拿魚，紅咖喱，卷餅，味道不錯。
【交通】從馬累機場到該酒店，出租車6-7美元，酒店店員可以幫忙叫車。

JJewelmatrixService was good. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Nevertheless, there was a stench whenever I flush the toilet. There was a power outage on the day of checkout. Thankfully, I have already packed our luggage. Staff was apologetic and explained that power failure was uncommon and for that day, it happened to occur to the whole stretch of buildings along that area. Though hotel was just next to the sea, I hardly see anyone swimming there.

DDariachWe were so Happy to be the guests of Amber Beach, as the personel treated us in such a good way! They were helpful, helped us to arrange AirPort transfer, Taxi to the city centre, gave us many useful tips and even printed boarding cards. Many thanks to Bugy who is the best hotel manager we have met! Rooms are clean and breakfast is perfect (local and european food). Again - Big Thank you to Amber Beach Team!

CChibicatTransitional stay at Malé before we go to the island. Staff all very friendly . Lobby is very cosy, love the music and lemongrass scent in the lobby waiting area.
Restaurant located in level 7 rooftop, very beautiful view , cosy environment. Breakfast has sufficient choices, more western style, food tastes not bad .
Location very near to beach , convince stores , Central Park .
Only thing is the room is smaller than imaging, may be similar in Malé , not sure . But bed is comfortable . Also they provide free transfer to airport , very convenient. So overall satisfied with the stay.

PPengguna TetamuI usually don't write reviews, however, since I book lots of hotel stays, other's reviews help me decide on locations, felt I should give back. I only need a 1 night stay while waiting on next flight. I will say that Male is an island, and like many islands, have its challenges. I booked because it was close to beach.
Pros: Room was clean and walking distance to stores and food locations. Hotel is located across from beach, restaurant on site with decent food; staff was really nice (they carried my bags up 3 flights of stairs to my room for me), they also had airport transfer (my flight was delayed 1 hour into Male, so there was not a pickup waiting for me even though I emailed them my flight arrival information, but I understand that flight was delayed), they did transfer me back to airport early (no extra charge) and made breakfast for me before the normal breakfast time, which I thought was really nice of them. Room was a good size, and large bathroom with a small balcony. There was plenty of electrical outlets, they offered free water in room with tea/coffee (and kettle).
Cons: Hotel is run down, room was adequate for 1 night stay (picture is not accurate depiction). Air Con didn't work really well, but the fan worked. I would not pay full price listed for the room.

YYaserVery friendly and cooperative staff , the hotel is located near the beach with so many cafès and restaurants. We stayed one night because our flight was early in the morning and honestly it wasn't very clean and rooms are very small .

PPengguna TetamuGreat location just front of beach. Stayed in sea view room and it was 1 st floor. Always hearing sound of waves was fantastic and relaxing. I loved it !! Just close to the road because of 1 st floor , it can be noisy sometime. But not much bothered to me. Room interior was basic. There is balcony. Enough space for relax. Bath room shower was okay but staying longer in the shower , it can be no more hot water. It may be hot water tank is not so big enough. Service was wonderful. Breakfast was okay.

SShaik Sadiqr46Nice basic hotel which is about 8mins drive from velana airport. Good to stay for the night. Staff very helpful. Price reasonable and the room is adequately decorated. No dental kit so pls bring your own. Nice beautiful beach in front of hotel. Below are views from my room. Few shops and eateries around the hotel. Thumbs up and recommended 👍

ルルームこきみThe room was good. Very clean and comfortable. The shower drained well. The sheets and bed were OK. The problem was that the shower water temperature was not stable and there was no hook for the shower head, so I couldn't wash my head with both hands. The hot water sometimes came out and sometimes didn't depending on the timing. It would be helpful if they provided a service such as an adapter for overseas electrical plugs. The biggest problem was the attitude of the staff! Very bad. There was no support for carrying luggage, and when I asked, they just ran away. The man at the front desk did not think that his job was to serve customers. Communication would have gone well if he had explained things slowly and calmly, but he got angry and confrontational, his language was rough, and it was extremely unpleasant. It is very important to improve for your sake. I think they should receive hospitality training.
