I enjoyed my stay here although it was brief it was nice nonetheless. The staff was very kind. The location is perfect for your arrival in Zimbabwe. I would have my clients stay a few nights here to enjoy the property's tranquility. The accommodations were very well thought out. The attention to detail was greatly appreciated, from the individual icemaker in the room to the proper amount of storage. I was not able to get hot water in my sink but the shower was ok. I would have appreciated a larger breakfast menu with a few more choices. Great location. Having met the owner was also a great opportunity. My agency supports female-owned businesses. I look forward to coming back in the near future as well as booking my clients here.

Most warm hospitality and all the staff are very friendly. The food is very yummy and fresh, and they are happy to curate the menu for you, so don’t let the waiting disappoint, just enjoy the views soak in the wilderness, and get ur pic on the Mbano wall

This Hotel is fantastic! The private suites are very luxurious with a big bedroom, bathroom and seperate dressing room. The food is delicious and you can taste the local specialties for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The most amazing staff is there to help you with all your needs! Helena, Tariro, Tawanda, Eddy and the whole team are the nicest, most courteous persons you will ever meet. Thank you so, so much for everything!

We stayed at the hotel for 4 days, the staff were very helpful and friendly. The restaurant was excellent, and the Chefs (John) recommendations suited our taste. They were happy to make dishes not on the menu, and it was all cooked to perfection. The rooms were spacious, and everything felt quality. The complementary shuttle bus to the villsge and falls worked brilliantly. We were very happy with our stay.

We were eight friends traveling together who spent three nights at Mbano. What a beautiful space and property, but Mbano’s greatest asset is the lovely staff, who were so warm and welcoming and kind. Several of our friends have dietary restrictions and the dining room and kitchen staff were so conscientious and attentive and made it all seem so easy. Huge kudos to your beautiful female chef! She obviously cares for the people she feeds, as well as her staff. Our individual accommodations were so comfortable and beautiful! A lot of thought has obviously gone into all the amenities, including creating the pathways around the property without impacting the vegetation. Thank you so much for contributing to our memories of our amazing adventures with friends!

Our stay at Mbano Manor has been wonderful. The staff, service, food, and amenities are so amazing. The hospitality is way above average. They are beautiful people with great personalities. We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay here with them and the many adventures here in Zimbabwe.

We had a wonderful time at Mbano. This was a beautiful property. Having stayed at multiple properties in Victoria Falls, I would recommend this, particularly if you are looking for something tranquil and quiet. The service was superb, the food was solid, and the location was convenient to the nearby attractions.
