Been to taj krishna very regular but came after so long time . Wonderful experience as always from taj krishna . Check in staff is very good . Mr. Divy is good in his job . House keeping team Sekhar , Swathi , Sachin , Nandu really did a great job .

SEEMS THIS HOTEL IS NOW CLOSED FOR RENOVATION (FINALLY) Hotel with reception area only not having a worn old and old look, lifts, rooms all not in great shape. The lake smells so bad that one cannot stand outside the hotel Rooms: Quite old and seemed to not have been renovated in long time, beds not comfortable Bathroom: Clean with a shower which was quite old (no bathtub), but worn out and had old tile look Food: Taste of the dishes during breakfast and dinner was fine Service: Service in restaurant and housekeeping was good Location: In good area

Great all round hotel within close range to GVE mall. Approx 25mins to Charminar. Staff are very good! Very welcoming and provide excellent service. Special thank you to Moumita who checked us in and provided an upgrade to a room with a bathtub for our daughter to enjoy. Also thanks to Neena who was very pleasant. Room was spacious and very clean. Hotel has everything you need for a short stay, we were here for 1 night. Great swimming and gym facilities ( free pool towels and comfortable loungers) We had breakfast buffet which was excellent, huge range of foods and love cooking stations - all fresh and safe for the family. No bad stomachs. We ordered room service for our daughter - some pasta. They made it to specification and at a very reasonable cost, approx £7 for a large portion, garlic bread and service fee. The bathroom could be improved. The shower seals all leak so the floor gets wet which is dangerous because everything is marble and becomes slippery. Bathtub was cracked and a little dirty but even given this. Not enough to mark it down. Would stay again.

We stayed here for 4 nights. The hotel was overall very good. The service was more than excellent here. The hotel was very clean and the room was perfect. My only observation was that the price was quite high for the hotel. For the benefit of this hotel in the long run, the price could be reviewed so that more visitors could come and stay.
