I had a fantastic time here. The staff were very accommodating, the room was big, cosy and quiet, the spa facilities were relaxing, and it was a 3 minute walk to the small town and beach. I can't wait to go back!

Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich, auch wenn nicht wirklich auf Beschwerden ernsthaft eingegangen wird da gibt es noch viel Potenzial nach oben. Angesichts des für Ibiza -Verhältnisse sehr günstigen Preis-Leistungsverhältnisses dann kann man das Hotel gerade noch empfehlen. Wie schon so häufig haben wir auch in diesem Hotel die Erfahrung gemacht dass ein reisendes Paar aus zwei Männern offensichtlich immer die beschissenste Zimmerkategorie bekommt: wir hatten ein Apartment mit, so wörtlich: .....”atemberaubenden Blick über die Bucht, den Strand und das Meer der Cala Llonga”gebucht... Leider war unser Zimmer nur etwa ein Drittel so groß wie die wirklich guten Zimmer und der Blick eher bescheiden siehe Foto.... Dabei hatten wir sogar in zwei E-Mails vor unserer Ankunft direkt auf der Hotel Webseite um ein Zimmer mit schönem Blick gebeten. Selbstverständlich habe ich das Zimmer an der Rezeption reklamiert, leider war die dort tätige Dame, sonst sehr nett, nicht in der Lage wirklich darauf einzugehen und bügelt alles mit dem Hinweis ab wir sind ausgebucht. Am nächsten Morgen hatten wir Gelegenheit die wirklich guten Zimmer zu sehen die mindestens dreimal so groß waren und einen ausgezeichneten eben genau den versprochenen Blick auf das Meer und den Strand boten. Nun gut ,an der Vergabe der Zimmer ist manchmal nichts zu ändern und man muss sich seinem Schicksal fügen , wirklich ekelhaft war allerdings das Bad, ich habe zur Veranschaulichung einige Bilder in dieser Bewertung beigefügt. Die Betten im Schlafzimmer waren soweit in Ordnung Nachteil war die Inkontinenzauflage auf der Matratze, die einen doch ziemlich schwitzen ließ, aber wahrscheinlich hat das Hotel hier so seine Erfahrung gemacht und wollte die eher hochwertigen Matratzen verständlicherweise vor Körperflüssigkeiten schützen. In der kleinen Kochnische des Apartments fand sich das aller Nötigste.

We had the superior deluxe panoramic sea view room. It was incredible. We loved using the hot tub every evening after dinner and the view was really nice. The site that we used to book this said there was a mini-bar in the room, which is not true. There is a small fridge, but it only has water in it. The staff at the hotel are great. The food was good, but it grew a bit tiresome after 5 days. We went ”all-inclusive” and I have NEVER been to an all-inclusive that didn't actually include everything. I couldn't get a margarita out of the slushy machine because I wasn't on the premium package. What is that?!! So disappointing. There isn't much to do here except lay in the sun. The pool is small and FREEZING cold. It's a bit of a walk to the beach, which is a nice beach, but there is nowhere to sit. We asked the hotel staff if the lounge chairs on the beach were free and they said yes, but that's not true. Some lady came up to us and wanted 21 euros!! Then she made us move away from the chairs. The sign on the beach says you rent them for 18 euros, so I'm not sure what kind of scam they are running. All in all, this was a lot of money for not a lot in return.

Just loved it here. A weekend break during low season. Very easy to reach from the airport. Exceptionally friendly staff. Comfortable to a high standard. Location is peaceful, with easy access to cliff walks and beach for swimming. Rooftop pool is gorgeous. We spent many hours reading on the terraces listening to the waves. Only a few mins walk from the heart and life of Santa Eulalia marina and centre. Breakfast- and in particular its location- is sensational.

On arrival we were greeted by the pleasant staff on reception. As a family of 6 we had booked 2 rooms and were expecting to be split up. We were delighted to be told we could have a family room. The room was in ‘M’ block which is at the very top of the property up a tonne of steps. A fair trade for a quiet family room. The room was clean and spacious with a good sized balcony. We also had a lovely view. As this was my first time staying all inclusive I was worried about the food. I needn’t had bothered worrying. Every day there was a wide selection to choose from. My 3 boys definitely got their moneys worth. The hotel had a family friendly atmosphere with plenty for the kids to do. Maribel and Minerva the girls from the animaçion team did a brilliant job organising darts, ping pong, archery and shooting. On an evening the entertainment consisted of bingo, quizzes and local acts. The bar on an evening was lively but not noisy and the drinks were good. The hotel is located on one of Cala Llonga’s hills. The hill is steep and I’m glad we no longer have to deal with pushchairs. A steady walk to the bars and restaurants takes about 15mins and another 5 to the beach. We had a brilliant time and I can’t wait to return. Yes the hotel is on a hill. Yes there are insects. Yes the hotel needs a little tlc. It could be worse. You could be walking up a hill,to work,at home, in the rain.

From arriving at the hotel, we were blown away. They just hit the spot on every aspect of design. Staff were laid back but very welcoming. Nothing was a problem for them. Music around the pool is carefully curated to suit the style of the hotel and fits perfectly. Bedrooms were beautifully styled, clean, comfortable and the sea view is worth the additional cost; it is breathtakingly beautiful. We have no complaints overall, and would love to come back again. Breakfast is plentiful, with options to suit most people. If, like me, you’re vegetarian, you may wish to avoid the omelettes as there is some cross contamination due to the cook using the same bowl and appliances to prepare all the omelettes regardless of what ingredients were in the previous one. Example: guest in front of me had ham in his; the cook used the same bowl and fork to prepare mine which should have been cheese only. It’s a small point, but one worth mentioning. Pedal bikes are available for hire, though at €30 per day with a €200 deposit, we decided against this. Thank you very much; it was a beautiful stay 💙🤍💙

The location is excellent, would highly recommend a sea view room with balcony. The pool was lovely and warm and enjoyed sunbathing on the front No problem getting a sunbed ( may do in high season ) Breakfast included a wide variety but missed a decent coffee. We loved walking round the marina in an eve - loads of different restaurants and bars within walking distance. Surprisingly we fid find the average age of guests to be older than expected. There was entertainment on in an evening but not for us.
