Rivera have very beautiful beach 🏖️ near the hotel u can take the bus to go there for few Eur and I been to 3 beach to spend my time and chil in the pool is also nice , the area is super quite but u got everything not like town is too busy to stay

Just arrived home from a week here with my friend, we really can't fault our stay here it was great. The all inclusive food was really nice , the best I've had at a hotel. The drinks were also nice and really good service from the bar staff. Entertainment was good and all the staff really friendly, especially Mark who is lovely and an amazing dancer (make sure you watch him doing Michael Jackson). Loved the pools and the snack bar, and the rooms were nice and clean. The only thing I would say is make sure you bring ear plugs if you want a good night sleep as you can hear noise from the rooms next door and along the corridors (we prepared for this and had really good nights sleep). Thank you!! 😊

Entertainment was great, always coming over to make sure we are satisfied. Great activities everyday and encouraging us to join in. Eva especially was very funny and always happy to help. Great entertainment in the evening, and food was great

very good service! entertainment was the best and Eva Sanchez was amazing, basically my best friend cus we got matching names 😉😉 pools were big. easy to get taxis hotel is in good location and booms a taxi for you which is great. Loved this hotel everyone so friendly and the workers actually helped us when they finished their shift and we seen them outside the hotel. food was brilliant 🤩

Overall a good stay here as a young family. Hotel was clean and each morning the pool areas were cleaned down before use. As other travellers have commented, the bedroom walls are thin so you often hear your neighbours - but we were lucky with ours and weren’t disturbed! We required a kettle for our room for making baby formula and reception weee accommodating at providing us with this. Staff are all really welcoming.

Had a lovely time in the pool doing acrobatics and the staff were lovely and welcoming, Marc made us have the best time and made us feel very included in the resort, the food was amazing and the resort is very clean and staff are very helpful, overall very nice resort

Clean hotel, staff are friendly and accommodating - very generous with the alcohol in your mixer! Entertainment on the Thursday night with the fire was very good! Only one negative is that most food contained some sort of fish and was not labelled so not great for vegetarians when you uncover a prawn out of no where in your ‘broccoli salad’

Hotel was lovely, great location- it’s a short walk to the beach and there are regular buses and plenty of taxis to venture further out. Staff are friendly and helpful. Food is average but expected at an all inclusive. The rooms were tidy and clean and regularly checked by the staff. The pool is lovely and the bar staff are generous with alcohol amounts! The entertainment was great, especially the Thursday night which included a fire show
