It’s terrible. Please find another hotel for your own sake. It was a scam. I booked the hotel online and of course it is confirmed. When i arrived at the hotel, the care taker said, they haven’t received any confirmation from me. I show the them the confirmation that i received. But they insisted they haven’t. They want me to show them the pictures of the room that i booked online. They said, it was different room, different set up from there’s. They show me the room, the shocking part is the room is the same, the same curtains and tv. The only difference is the air conditioner. I asked them what to do because i already paid online. They said, it wasn’t their problem. I left the hotel with my parents and find another hotel so that my parents could stay and rest. If you are planning to booked in this hotel. Please don’t. They are terrible. They are liars especially NW 18L. Care taker is terrible and have a bad temper. Negative over ten. Don’t deserve a ⭐️.
