The staff was a little rude, they charge me for early check in and advice me in the dinner that slippers are not allowed there. The good thing is the shuttle bus from airport and nice room

The hotel is very nice in terms of service and cleanness. It has a nice view of T2 runway and a convenient store is in the lobby. The only issue is the slow WiFi, which caused so much delay for my work during the stay.

The hotel is located just 5 minutes away from Incheon Int'l Airport Terminal 2. They also offer free shuttle bus service (airport ＜-＞ hotel) from both Terminal 2 and 1. The room is clean and comfy. I like how they go green by using less plastic and we can choose not to clean up the bed or bathrobe to save water. There's also a minimart (E-Mart) right at the hotel and printing and copying service on the lobby floor in case you need any documents printed. There's no public transport to the hotel, only hotel free shuttle bus (limited running time) and taxi.

Room was super clean and comfortable specially bed. Everything you need to feel relaxed after long time travel it has .

We checked into the hotel very late after our delayed flight and the receptionist gave us a late check out time which was incredibly helpful. The staff was extremely efficient and there was a 24 hour convenience store inside the lobby. Hotel was clean and comfortable. However, it’s far from the Airport and need shuttle bus to reach or taxi to reach.

Bad if you are a light sleeper because you will hear planes taking off every couple of minutes...slept for a night just for the convenience to catch an early flight They have compliementary airport shuttle as early as 5am

Nice new modern hotel with great facilities and convenient free bus to the airport.

The location was very convenient for an overnight layover and getting a morning flight out of Terminal 2. The hotel's free shuttle bus takes just a few minutes from T2 (Arrivals door 4A/A4) to the hotel and about 15 minutes going back. There is a schedule beside where the buses park and wait outside the airport (every hour or half hour at 15 minutes past or before the hour - i.e. 7:15, 7:45, etc.). Look around as it may have to stop a little distance from the stop if other buses are already there. The morning shuttles to T2 are every hour on the hour, and every half hour for a two hour period (6-8:00 or 7-9:00 a.m. - Sorry don't remember). The room was clean, the shower was good, and the bed was comfortable. However, the noise of the planes made it difficult to sleep. The restaurant buffet for dinner or breakfast was very expensive so I didn't bother. The food menu in the bar was mostly western-style food and very expensive. The bar had several beers on tap, including a couple of my favourites - also expensive. There is nothing around the hotel (it's in the middle of a parking area, it seems) so there is little choice. The 24-hour convenience store in the lobby had instant noodles but that's about it for food. Not even any bread snacks or sandwiches. Coffee is available at the bar starting from 7:00 a.m., so if you are taking the 7:00 or earlier shuttle, forget that. My booking on Trip.com said it was supposed to include free use of the sauna and a gift (from Olive Young?). Neither of these were mentioned by the staff when I checked in.

We arrived at 11 pm so we didn't have free transfer however we used airport bus shuttle between terminals and bus stop is located near the hotel. And we used free shuttle for reaching airport in the morning. Great hotel for relaxing and sleeping after long trip.

The room is clean with comfortable mattress. Athough the location is not ideal, hotel shuttle bus is available. Reserve plenty of time as the shuttle bus is only available once in an hour.

Nice big rainforest shower. Friendly and helpful service at reception from Bella. Has some good facilities - restaurant, bar, small e-mart 24 hours, gym, and a nice modern sauna and spa area. Easy to get to with free shuttles but its in the middle of a huge car park so nothing at all else around - convenient overnight option only.

A quite nice hotel. If you need to fly out of Terminal 2 early in the morning then I would definitely recommend. Rooms are comfortable.
