A great place to stay because it’s nearby the airport and a difficult place for the same reason. If you’re a light sleeper it’s hard because the glass isn’t soundproof and the planes take off every few minutes

The staff was a little rude, they charge me for early check in and advice me in the dinner that slippers are not allowed there. The good thing is the shuttle bus from airport and nice room

The hotel is very nice in terms of service and cleanness. It has a nice view of T2 runway and a convenient store is in the lobby. The only issue is the slow WiFi, which caused so much delay for my work during the stay.

The hotel is located just 5 minutes away from Incheon Int'l Airport Terminal 2. They also offer free shuttle bus service (airport ＜-＞ hotel) from both Terminal 2 and 1. The room is clean and comfy. I like how they go green by using less plastic and we can choose not to clean up the bed or bathrobe to save water. There's also a minimart (E-Mart) right at the hotel and printing and copying service on the lobby floor in case you need any documents printed. There's no public transport to the hotel, only hotel free shuttle bus (limited running time) and taxi.

Nice hotel room with comfortable beds. Nothing much to do round the hotel but there is a 24/7 convenient store to serve your needs. Nice concierge, cosy beds … just great as an airport hotel and would highly recommend this hotel.

Friendly and personal service The staff were all very friendly and helpful and no request for assistance was a problem for them. The hotel is well situated, being close to shopping, transport, and the tourist sites. We would definitely stay there again.

Not at all convenient for the international T1 but handy enough for the other T2. The bus is free.

We checked into the hotel very late after our delayed flight and the receptionist gave us a late check out time which was incredibly helpful. The staff was extremely efficient and there was a 24 hour convenience store inside the lobby.
