The room is clean. It has a balcony, so it is convenient for smokers, and it is good for eating smelly food. Reasonable price. There is a problem with soundproofing. If you stay late on the weekend, parking is difficult.

I checked in for a night because I arrived late and it was close by the airport. It was a super nice and quite a big room. It was also not expensive at all and it looked great, with a nice big bed and view. I also loved that it came with a bath tub after a long flight.

Amazing hotel in a good location. If you have an early flight come to this hotel, there is a bus that takes 30 mins to the airport and it departs from the nearest bus stop.

Space big enough. 30 min to the airport T1 by bus and the bus stop is very near from the hotel too.

Witham car it was easy to get to. I arrived on Sunday afternoon. And there were quite a few parking lots. Staff was helpful and checking in and out were swift, without hassle. I was given a room facing the city, not the sea. 2 bottles of water complimentary and other amenities were minimal. The surrounding had food places, and supermarket so it was good for a night's stay. Overall it was ok.

I was very disappointed in this hotel. The price was very expensive but on arrival there was a banner advertising a delivery QR code upstairs in room for food delivery, it was there. I found a foul smell and the fridge was causing it hidden in a wooden cupboard, wood and water doesn't mix well, the fridge was leaking water which rots the wood. I found a live cockcroach and cockcroach droppings around the fridge inside the Cupboard so it either gets in the fridge or eats the food crumbs outside it. I slept badly because I felt every movement, sound or feeling was a cockcroach on me or next to me.

My stay at the hotel was decent, but it could have been better. The room was clean and had all the essentials, but the bed wasn’t as comfortable as I expected. The staff was courteous, though the service was a bit slow, especially when requesting extra amenities. The location was convenient, but the hotel’s common areas felt a bit overcrowded at times. Overall, it was a good experience, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

Convenient airport hotel a short Uber/taxi ride from the airport. Not too many amenities but a comfortable bed and a peaceful view of a fairly quiet waterfront area, primed for luxury waterfront apartments. :) The counter of the room was a little dirty and could have used a cleaning, I think there was some splattered chili or kimchi remaining from the previous guest. There does appear to be a water leak as well in the bathroom. Air con worked fine and of course, fast internet. Many restaurants and cafes nearby that are open late with requisite fried chicken and beer. A reasonable and basic hotel for guests arriving on flights late or departing early.

The receptionist is overloaded with work too many to handle.

Excellent value for money. Advantages: location, bath accessories (towels, toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo and shower gel), good bathroom, soft bed, TV, fridge, kettle. Lots of stores and cafes downstairs, bus stops, low price. Disadvantages: I tried to find them but I failed.

This was our second time staying here. There was a problem with the room that we have booked but Trip has been so kindly let us know before check in and got us a better instead, thank you so much. We love the value for money this hotel provides and a good choice for us if we need to get to the airport early.
