Ulasan Sheraton Indianapolis City Centre Hotel

Jangan tertipu dengan nama hotel ini. Ia adalah lokasi yang baik, tetapi ia lebih teruk daripada Rumah Tetamu Cina. The hotel is outdated and most of the staff’s customer service was below average. I stayed there out of convenience for a lengthy business trip, but I wouldn’t want to stay there again.

I was in town on business and had a great stay. The staff was friendly and professional. The accommodations were perfect and within walking distance of great food and entertainment.

This hotel was great! Very updated and great for the price and convenience of location. My only complaint is the price of parking per night when the garage is VERY dilapidated. Another qualm I have is the room has a sign stating that AC could only be used in summer months, even with turning the heat off our room was UNGODLY hot and disrupted our sleep due to the temperature. Overall good stay but would only stay again if I’m allowed to use AC and maybe if they updated the parking structure or the parking price.

Good stay, struggled with the parking garage. For that much money the ticket printer should have worked. The lady at the counter put the fee on the keys. Too bad I’m senior citizen and didn’t know that meant I had to take the key with me to get out? You have to explain things like that. sometimes people are dumb to technology. Other rooms had food set outside their room and was never picked up. Kind of gross you know?

Front desk management and staff was the best hotel ever, very safe area. Quiet at night and close shopping and dining. Safe parking and everything was walkable and convenient.

The staff is great, but the facility needs serious improvements. The hotel is noisy, and the towels and toilet paper are like cardboard. The toilet seat couldn’t fully open because it was tucked too tightly into the bathroom cabinetry. The shower head/water pressure is nice, though.

The room was outdated. The towels were stained. We asked for towels and 2 hours later as we were getting ready to check out, we got a call that they were going to bring them up. We will not be back or recommending Sheraton Hotels to anyone.
